Even acknowledging that it looks like that the OP might be on a crusade - i see where you are coming from, see that forum mods usually handle things like you described them and technically seen forum user accepted that gaijin needs no reason or justification for deleting anything posted - i agree to disagree regarding any correlation between anonymous gamertags and irl legal frameworks which would create a case like you described it based on local law in Japan (sry for very long sence).
So i understand gaijin’s general view on things - but this does not imply that their views are correct and do nt leave room for alternative views.
Well, their current views are quite literally currently the correct one (as it is their interpretation that is to be followed).
There is absolutely an argument to be had about being able to interpret things differently and Gaijin may choose to do so (or not) on their own discretion, but we still have to follow their current interpretation as that is what applies :)
Already done several times, I reported this cheater several times in different games using the Server Replay Report… As you can see it didn’t work, so I recorded a video of him blatantly cheating, since the moderators weren’t doing their job.
Well that´s unfortunate to know that all them cheaters I reported troughout the years have been in vain, since I have been reporting them in the game and not trough the server replay.
For instance just now had a lvl 36 guy at rank 4 just singlehandedly demolishing our team with perfect knowledge of all our positions, prefiring corners and perfect aim against planes. But he was absolute trash once he spawned in a fighter. All halImarks of a cheater. Won´t report him though. You know why? Because between having a full time job, caring about my grandparents, taking care of my home and cooking, I have to also jam in enough points for the event. I do not absolutely have the spare time to fire up the replay and report him trough that because after I am done with the task, I have to hit the bed ASAP.
You guys really need a better report system or take reports directly from during the match. Afterall, we are paying Gaijin, it´s their job to examine replays, not the other way around.
I mean it is hard to know, cause its not like CS where cheaters are just spinning or shooting through smokes, if you don’t the specifics of a tank or jet, they could be just out running you but it looks pretty cheat like, like I’ve been chased down by F86s in Q5s, seems impossible but meh.
I’ve seen a few cheats like that, but with lower tier people don’t realise lol, top tier pretty obvious cause most people are more or less experienced. I am really bad at finding cheats cause I play way too much arcade…

And calling people out like that as cheaters ain’t really allowed, just please report in-game. Please do not escalate this further, thank you.
