Yes, facing the Su-7 with the Mystere is absolutely no fun.
even CAN’T catch it with Mystere 2A… :)
What’s even more painful is that, having flown the Su-7 myself, I feel it doesn’t belong in the 9.3BR too.
It lacks AA missiles, and its flight performance isn’t particularly outstanding either.
but, absolutely MUST not belong to the 9.0BR either.
Please, gaijin. It’s time to seriously consider the BR issue. Players are suffering in agony.
Guess what else you can’t catch? F11, Scimitar, Etendard, F-25, F-2, Super Mystere B2, mig-15bis, alpha jet and nearly any other plane that sits from 8.3 to 9.0 with a few exceptions. Su-7 is far from your biggest problem, the other planes are much better at killing you.

True! It’s just not that competitive in air RB if you don’t get put into full downtier lobbies.
I’ve been playing the Mystere 2A continuously, and honestly, it feels quite manageable.
As long as it’s not placed in full up-tier matches, it’s actually pretty fun
However, I still can’t get used to how slow it is and how poor its energy efficiency :(
