Eeeeh… I play mirage 3C rn, its pretty strong. The only problem is that it loses energy like crazy. Well and absence of flares.

Here’s my opinion on the matter
Can we agree that its an early supersonic fighter that is faster than most of its opponents?
Its slower than quite a few planes even lower in br like all of the 9.0/9.7 supersonics

Except 104 and Su-7 nothing can outrun mirage pretty much. And those planes are extremely vulnerable to the R530 missile.
I mean, it has worse FP than the F-5C, but yeah it does need to go up
Ehhh the 530s are dangerous if you make them. They’re both only 15Gs and have huge smoke trails. Also helllllllla slow. I like the 530E for high alt stealth kills and it’s a meme missile.
530 are good cuz a lot of planes on that BR dont have RWR, so they suddenly just get clapped from the sky by the missile that they might not even notice (or have no time to evade). problem with 530E is that they are slow and in most cases the fact that as soon as their motor runs out it just falls out of the sky makes them worse than magic 1.
That’s what makes it fun :). The Mirage 3C I can see how they would be dangerous with 2 Magics but you gotta sacrifice the magics on the F-8E(FN) to take them and you only get 2. I think they’re balanced but we’ll see how it pans out in the next months between major updates.
Funniest kill I ever got with a 530E was carrying it in the centerline pylon of the F1C-200. Some dummy in an F-15A was paying ZERO attention and kept flying in straight lines so I flung one at him expecting nothing but it actually hit. Got a lot of “fan mail” from that guy after. Said his dad was a gaijin dev and would get me banned.

The fact they left 2 of the strongest plane at their BR untouched should show anyone how incompetent they are. I wouldn’t be surprised if some devs favorite plane was the F-8U or J-7E and that’s the reason they didn’t move.
R530 is Aim-7D tier trash its completely useless if someone just pulls because its Fin accel is trash

He was very slow and not paying any attention. The 530E is a meme but it’s not like I’m saying I hit him from 40km with an AIM-9B. He was probs 2.5 km out and I didn’t have any Magic-2s left or enough fuel to chase him.
You would wonder how consistent this missile is showing results for me on Mirage IIIC. Like 60-70% of all launches are hits. Regarding the list I can say that you also prob forgot lightning F53. But all those planes have one thing in common - they lack countermeasures. So pretty much you can just knock them out with your missiles.
Well you did include a planes that barely anyone flies and one barely anyone bought.
Would like to inform you thatout of all planes you mentioned only F-104C and Su-7s can carry the rocket pod. But who would play Su-7 - is beyond me, and for F-104C installation of that rocket pod eats up to a quarter of its climbrate. Also Israeli copies carry Aim-9G when mirage IIIC carries Magic 1 which make a ton of difference.
Yeah. It’s been bullying the BR bracket ever since the changes. Very few things can compete with it and having 4 (FOUR) AIM-9Ds, a missile that if launched somewhat decently will be undodgable by anything with flares. Playing anything 9.0-9.7 almost guarantees a full uptier and facing multiple F8Us. The only differences between it and the F-8 are the radar missile and negligible performance improvement which I don’t think warrants a .7 BR difference. Not long ago they used to be at the same BR same but F8U got moved down slightly because of the wingrip problems which have now been addressed.

Wingrip is slightly better, but still a problem. Acceleration between mach .97 and .98 is still bugged. Turning with mouse control is still bugged. Aiming is tricky.
The only thing better after br change is that it now only can face 4 F5s…
Downtiers are slightly easier too because some strong 9.0 planes went down to 8.7 no one understand…
