Yea and there isn’t a lot of high tier options for the British tree. 12.3-12.7 is hell for obvious reasons, and idk if they will add 13.0+ premium which I would prefer. That’s why I’m asking about this jet just in case it might be good at something for the grind.

Honestly for premium options your best bet is either CF-188A or the MiG-21 Bison, F4JUnK just isn’t worth getting. Meteor F8 Reaper also an alright option if you like gunfighting but sits at a much lower rank. I don’t think UK has any notable base bomber that you can get right now anyways (though in my opinion you shouldn’t be spending money to base bomb)

The Sea Vixen isn’t bad either, but it is an acquired taste (unless you play sim, where it is very OP there).
Even this has been powercrept by newer additions and the downtiering of aircraft like the F-15A or F-16s.

The hornet, hilariously enough, is more fun if you can find good 13.0 squadmates to cover for you, since they can take care of the Su-30 spam while you mop up.
Literally a sentence later I explained why both those jets aren’t ideal. You couldn’t pay me to use those planes to grind a tree, so no way am I dropping 50-80 bucks to torture myself. It’s either a base bombing jet or 13.3 premium.
