Yeah, threat markers. When those pop up, it also shows up as LO, MED, and HI on the rwr screen. ? makrers dont light any of those up.

SAM threat with different wave frequencies, and AAA low frq, AAA/Air interceptor, and AI High freq.
It’s very limited on what it can actually detect. It can almost never detect any ARH and rarely phonixes, and most aircraft that it faces the RWR won’t pick up their SARH missile launches.
No, the US one is fine at 12.0, only one that really really needs a drop is the UK one that does not get Aim-7Fs

Its threat database is pretty much standard for 12.0, if not on the better side when compared to Mirage F1.
nope. per the first pic it actually does pick up launch warning from most of its opponents at its BR, and even if the target isnt in the threat database it it shows “?” symbol instead of being silent.
Not to mention it accurately displays the exact direction of the signal source.
That is miles better than what JA37C works with.
Just came from testing with friend.
Both AIM-120A and AIM-54A procs “SAM LO” warning that progressively comes closer to you. It is perfectly able to detect whenever you are being targeted by ARH.
I was referring to the RWR actually doing its launch warning thingy. While the RWR covers and detects a lot of stuff, most of the time I ment it picking up freq targets and identifying them.
I never got actual launch warnings from “?” threats.
I have had an actual launch warning several times from phonixes coming off the sides and having a steady tone then a sudden launch warning, only for me to die to a phoenix some time later.
You cant sealclub, becouse you are not Resever Rank. But it doesnt matter, becouse toptier around 9.7-13.7 is just lev 10 spammers

Phantoms in general need a pretty good buff
not really. they just need everything above to move up. FG1, J(UK) and FG2 in their current states would still be whatever at 11.7 but still the answer is moving hornets, F-15a and fox-3 slingers up considerably

Nope. It should go up relative to some other 12.0’s when and if BR decompression happens
If decompression happens, then keep it where its at. Its not fair that it gets a limited aspect PD radar facing aircraft with all aspect radars 90% of the time
90% of the time? 11.0- 11.3 face 12.0 very often.
Last time I played 11.3 I had 4 or 5 full 12.3 uptiers in a row.
The 12.0 phantoms are amazing with their hprf PD radar with HMD and buffed AIM-7F’s. They already were before the buffs, now they are even more OP
Most of the time i remember playing, I saw F-14s, F/A-18s and such a LOT. I rarely got any downtiers.
