i cant seam to flare any thing in the f4j i have played many other air craft had no problems till now i can be pre flaring no after burner and a guy shoot a side aspect r60 and kill me just they dont work no matter what i do and i have 4k hours never had this problem till now

Did you make sure you had flares seleceted? sometimes i accidentaly select chaff and die like an idiot

im wondering if it isnt a bug but it was pissing me off pre flaring r60 all aspect wasn’t even working at 50% engine power
I seem to have same problem, my flares on J7E doesn’t just get ignored by enemy missiles especially ones like R60M and AIM9L but also it gets stuck sometimes and nothing comes out.
did you just get the plane or have had it and it didnt do that before cause i just got my f4j
Without video clips nothing can be talked about
I’ve had this problem for a while, R60Ms just ignoring me. Sometimes my flares don’t come out at all, this happened to me in Q5I and J7E.
