F4D -1 Unavoidable pitch down

Since the last update or one prior to this, the F4D-1 for me has started to unavoidably pitch down once hitting a certain speed. Was just on the map falkland islands, and returning to AF, I was just above sea-level, right about 1050km/h, and started pitching down into the ocean. There was nothing I could do, even elevator control was useless. It wasn’t compression, as I’m very familiar with how that affects planes in-game. Anyone else notice this? Twice I’ve had it happen, the first time it stopped after a few seconds.

Sounds like mach tuck. Your speed is also pretty much right around mach 0.85.

F4D is apparently notorious for it (I got confused by the slide at first, hence why I removed it.

What the slide says:

  1. Pilot noticed pitch-down as speed increased so added trim to combat it.
  2. During a high-G turn, the speed loss meant the compensation for mach-tuck lead to uncontrollable pitch up
