I mean, at least they used countermeasures. That already puts them in like the top 10% of US players. I like that player actually mixed it up a bit and decided to turn directly into the missile versus attempting to defeat it by…climbing?
Yep, Did have an F-15E who’s defensive strategy was to jsut run away but for some reason, couldnt outrun the Gripen C :D
The aim-9L missiles are not bad. But when you are within range with the 9L, you are also within cannon range. Whether it’s 9L or nothing on the F16, it’s the same.
unrelated but what should i research for
f-16c f-15c or f-15e
“The F15E, of course. It is by far the strongest plane. The F16C has little flair, no speed, and only 6 missiles. The F15C is way too slow. An F15E guarantees at least 3 kills per game while staying alive, with bomber-like gameplay. You climb at a 25-degree angle, then when the enemies are at 40k, you launch the 8 AIM-120 missiles. That’s 3 easy kills. Then you return to base. 20 minutes of fuel is enough.”
F-20 has a different radar
does radar matter
The differences are minor, but they are still different, so yes it does matter. And the correction was necessary, as what you stated was wrong.
guess we’ll see the it moved down in the next or the one after that br change after Gaijin realise that it prob wont be playable. well u do get more missiles but yea
the f15e just avg skill issue usamain
The EJ Kai is also worse than the M2KC-S4 and arguably the MiG-21 Bison, so do you mean the French main and British main also can’t play the game and all having skill issues?
Why don’t you mention that it has a worse RWR, less countermeasures and can only carry half the amount of the same missiles?
Although I do agree that the F-20A is overall “better” than the EJ Kai, I don’t think it worth a step BR higher. (At least in the current compressed BR system)
And for some reasons, I just feel like you have some “hatred” specifically towards US mains.
Yes, as well as the fact that F-20A is closer to F-14A and F-111F in non-speed flight performance than F-16 @CAMPER_REMOVER
I’d be willing to see if F-111F beats F-20A outside fuel consumption.
Terrible idea unless they fully decompress and fully rework the game… multipath is read: REQUIRED for the current game to even function
I think that it could be easily removed in sim due to the lower player density and overall gameplay loop. We do need a rework of air RB in order for it to be removed without harming the game.
However, I would not be against lowering it to 50 or even 40 metres overall.
Multipath is also a real thing that occurs around 40 meters.
It’s not until Meteor with an AESA integral radar with advanced filtering where multipathing becomes less of an issue.
Even AIM-120C-7 has an amount of multipathing resistance due to extra filtering.
Not eliminated though.
wouldnt work in sim either without massive br changes, unless you’re cool with killing off many of the jets that have too bad of rwr
It will work in sim, because you don’t need to dodge more than a handful of good radar missiles per flight. Also, the jets with a bad RWR can go down in BR or not play when they are facing higher BR opponents.
Multipathing in sim is just a cheap get out of jail free card that doesn’t make gameplay better, and that gameplay wouldn’t be harmed if it is removed.
you’re not avoiding a lot of SARH/ARH in a lot of jets that have extremely suboptimal rwr
You are still able to, and sometimes it’s easier than in RB due to not having any other interference.
How would removing multipathing in SIM make the gamemode worse?
