Target : chaffs higher than him
Results : fired AIM-7E at Chaffs and immediately broke the lock to try and lock someone else at level altitude (without success, be it with ACM or RCH radar modes
he then fired an AIM-9P - targeting Flares from a F-5C diving and pre-flaring (80° front aspect)
then he end up being gunned down by another F-5C coming from his frontal side right aspect, without him every noticing the threat (i used player camera in replay, to see what he had seen in that game)

F-4S / F-4J have HMS
F-4J have 6x AIM-7F + 4x AIM-9G

F/A-18A have AN-APG-65 (SRC PD / SRC PD (HDN) / TWS / TWS(HDN) / SRC PDV HDN / SRC GMTI / TWS GMTI Modes - even if GMTI are for ground attact it’s the only one to have that at 12.3 BR!)
F/A-18A have 6x AIM-9L + 2x AIM-7M or 2x AIM-9L + 4x AIM-7M

F/A-18A does have Datalink for 4 targets too
so the reason why the game is actually unfair is because gaijin put F/A-18A too low in BR, but UK/Japan F-4’s too high in BR,…

F-16A Blk10 should be BR 12.7
both F-4J and F-4S should be BR 12.3
I agree apart from tbe f16a. Isnt it the worst oerforming 12.3 in the game?
We are at a BR where a flying brick with good missiles will perform better than the f16a. Seems like it lives off its name while in game its getting slapped hard
i was guns only (used missile before what i’m telling you) against 3 MiG-23ML with only some R-60M and guns (R-23/24R might have been used early too), and they started in my rear-aspect
i did killed 2 guys, and lost to the third one only because i ran out of fuel,…
so,… it’s flight model being so much superior to everything beneath it - becoming a 12.7BR ain’t really a big issue in my mind.
also considering that most f-16 left the 12.7 unattended and that aircraft could be in 12.3BR with much problems - it’s not a difficulty
i go with 20 chaffs 40 flares, and it was fairly enough - as most of the players shoots R-60M like it can stall turn as the R-73,… i was still having flares in the previous experience ^^"
i recently finished my thaïland F-5A grind - and got pretty good with it:

My friend is like this tho. Has a SS rating of 99.6 or something wild and gets 3- 6 KD in everything he flys. Meenwhile average players like me…
My highest KD IIRC is in the F5 squadron, only 2. Something but still…
If the sqaudron was 11.0 and not 11.3 it would ve one of my worst like the kfir/ add other 11.0 vic.
Why 11.0 plays 12.0 90% of games and 11.3 plays down more than up.im.not sure but it does.
Which means this happens every gane
I look behind me at 1.10.ish and every plane is faster and every plane is a rafar slinger. Death = no flares like always
skill is the refecltion of knowledge and awareness - have those 2 and you do great (5%), have one and you’re ok (15%), have none and you do shitty (80%) [% is my estimation of what players haves in this game]

The way I see the complete unbalance in WT is I can fly the grippy 13.0. Its comparable to the 11.0/ f16a experience. Massively handicapped for obvious reasons BUT the kicker. I have enough CMs to play how I like and go hunting high up fox 3 carriers. If I die its my own doing.
Playing 11.0 vs 12.0 lobby= flying like a scared rat and still running out of CMs if your team melts
Playing f16a = one flanker iv just killed spinning out firing r73s= Iv now got no CMs .

Yes, which in reality does not place them as an inbetween between the 7E2 and the 7F. The skyflash in game performs exactly like a 7E2 except very rarely you will get a kill that the 7E2 couldn’t do due to the proxy range being higher. They are infinitely closer to the 7E2 than the 7F. Maybe 2% on the way to the 7F from the 7E2.
If you’re job is to be pedantic for the sake of being pedantic, sure. Common sense and realist logic places them as a 7E2 analogue and not an inbetween. The Skyflash SuperTEMP is an inbetween. It legitimately falls between the 7E2 and the 7F. The regular Skyflash is a 7E2.
It is very overstated how much people will roll your sparrows in air RB. 99.9% of the playerbase doesn’t even know you can. The other 0.1% aren’t always doing it.
