yea because Russian vehicles/munitions/equipment (or any other nation for that matter) is known to perform extremely well and have no failures and their in-game depiction is accuarate
ur insufferable
everything can bnz you if they have better energy
energy retention doesnt matter if they hold an energy advantage, even a sabre can bnz an ariete if that is on the deck and sabre is spaceclimbing.
“F3H loses speed in a turn”?
yes it does but it doesnt matter if it is not turning
you DO gain speed when you dive, so idk where that comes from.
you just dive down and pull back up i dont see any issues with the F3H doing that job done
it performs like a sabre but with worse acceleration, but if you do have an energy advantage you are more than capable of bnz all match
yep. i dont see why people dont understand such simple concept
most of these people commenting here dont even play the BR anyway
Because in this case it isn’t correct.
What’s next? My stats too bad?
actually yeah
barely over 1 kdr on F3H
Im saying that after the dive, when turning, you are one of two things. A brick, in which case manuever. Or, when you go to manuever out of it, you lose speed or dont gain it nearly as well.
Im not saying it doesnt gain speed in a dive. It does. However its after the initial dive the demon is screwed over. You are way overhyping its performance and ability outside of armament. Its a 9.0 aircraft, maybe 9.3 with sparrows and 9Bs.
Its a Sabre with worse energy retention and worse acceleration. Retention being a key word and very important.
yeah i agree, the flight model itsself was fine at 9.0, when the sparrows were useless at best
now that it has decent missiles with very good range at 9.0, it deserves to go up
No not really. Its flight model is more 8.7 territory, and Aim-7Cs put it up to 9.0.
With such bad stats I almost never died to buffed 7Cs and 7Ds, man, must be a miracle…
Your conclusions are so cute.
they are still useless, as are you because you die to them and aim9b
Then it evens out the Russian bias doesn’t it? Also not everyone is a brain-dead keyboard player. Those of us who use a controller require actual skill to play, including bombers. It’s the spoiled PC keyboard and mouseketeer brats who think the world revolves around them.
This isn’t true.
It is 100% possible to die to both fairly without any reasonable way to dodge them. All you need to do is to be in a low energy state, which coincidentally the F3H-2 can be good at forcing you into a lower energy state.
Real
I see where you’re going with this, but you forget to consider the high end sabres are at 9.0 with sidewinders and no sparrows. By your own logic, it makes more sense the demon should be at 9.3 (at the very least). 8.7 + 0.3 from the sidewinder +0.3 from the sparrow.
Alot of people use the argument that the F3H is worse than the Sabre, but it’s arguably a sidegrade. Sure it has a worse sustained turnrate but it has a much better top speed from the afterburner, and instantaneous turnrate with the wing slats. That’s no argument for it to stay at the same BR, only go up from 9.0 to atleast 9.3 as it should. lol
As a side note just a summary of things I wanted to say after reading every comment, not replying to a single person in particular:
I’m somewhat of a US main so I would serve to benefit from the demon staying at lower BR, but I’m taking one for everyone by saying it’s busted because it IS busted, you can play it in any playstyle and wreck house with 3-4+ kills, skim at tree level at shoot up at people flying at 3km, (the 1 second guidance delay is basically non existent given it pulls so hard afterwards), I’ve hit people from within 4km, and as far at 15km, there’s literally no chance for anyone to exit the NEZ if you have a clean lock within maybe 7km, or otherwise you could play high altitude and somewhat struggle to get a lock, but force enemies into unfavourable energy positions as other people have said, and the off chance you get dove on despite the incredible situation awareness from your radar, you can just outspeed some 8.0s, regardless there’s literally no counterplay for the enemy team unless they have a supersonic in which case the enemy has to subject themselves to the slow and painful BnZ, and keep in mind, you cant ~really~ BnZ because you always have to worry about not getting thirdpartied by someone else’s sparrow. and I’m not claiming to be a try hard sweat either, before you come at me with ad hominem b.s, regardless of a person’s skill, the information some of the other commenters said was still true???
Anyways, People seem to forget that other people exist, and balance is more important than your individual enjoyment. Even if it were moved to 9.3, it would still wreck house, as not many 10.3 aircraft have chaff (not to mention sparrows can still hit their target after biting chaff, if the target is still being illuminated within the search one) not to mention it cant even face chaff even if it got uptiered lmao, barring maybe one exception being the harrier, so atleast moving it up even a little bit would bring it close to a 1:1 k/d, keep in mind I would agree with the majority of you that I’m against the policy of raising BR based off player stats, but the facts as they stand Gaijin HAS already implemented these policies for things like the, Ariete, japanese zero, etc. at this point it would be hypocritical to make exceptions for the US. Even still I’m not saying the demon is absolutely overpowered, of course you can beat it if you’re skilled enough, but the majority of times it requires the demon player to make a mistake. as other people have mentioned, of course every vehicle deserves to be downtiered sometimes, but as it stands in an uptier it’s still good. And it going to 9.3 is a CONSERVATIVE suggestion, there’s alot more i wanted to say but that would probably push it up to 9.7, and I don’t think even think people who hate the F3H want to entertain that idea.
Also nobody seemed to be interested in having a healthy debate, and rather just scream at each other…
Again, lmk what you guys think.
The F3H is arguably outperformed by 8.0 Sabres in everything except top speed, and even then, it’s not even THAT much faster like the F-104 or F4D-1.
F3H still loses pretty much all close range engagements.
The F3H has good stats due to Youtuber overhyping + recent buffs. The Ariete and Zero have had good stats for years.
By that you mean, they might think about it and make a blog post relating to the missile changes in roughly march of next year, then we wait til august for the BR changes?
