Realically, in the best case scenario both F-18s would go to 13.7. In my experience too, level doesn’t define the player as I have had some braindead 100s and acing 30s (who probably were smurfing looking back but its just so illogical)

MLD has some leading edges that make it turn faster but bleed more speed. Its a sidegrade
Which is why I wonder if the better solution is to reduce the MM brackets from +/- 1.0 to +/- 0.7 and reduce team sizes from 16v16 to 12v12. (for all gamemodes)
I think it would fix 75% of issues almost instantly.

The core strengths, like their speed, LCMs, all-aspect IRs and decent (maybe even the best at that BR) short range SARH doesnt change and those the important bit

You really don’t have much choice in it much but stick with 4ARH (SA variant even worse in this case)

I might be completely lying but the MLA has the ability to mix 24Ts and 24Rs, which the ML doesn’t, but it’s not as major
R-24R is one of the most powercreeping weapons in its matchmaking, that and the magic2. R-24/27T/ET sometimes loose lock at long ranges and just explode mid air, I never use them unless its on a flanker since you have a huge loadout
Yeah with the Su-33 R-27ETs were making up maybe 10-15% of my kills, though I still carry them cause they’re nice for people who aren’t paying much attention. In the 23ML though I’ve had significantly more luck, with the R-24Ts making up probably half of all my kills in it
mld has spo15 also its generally the better choice nowadays.
In the minds of every US main the game is controlled by biased Russian players, and the US is always the victim, who is always underperforming zzzz

Because in the Average U.S mains mind, everything is under U.S in terms of capabilities, regardless of what jet is being flown on the U.S side, honestly I am shocked they haven’t started saying the reserve planes should be out performing the Su30sm at this point.

Just having the second most maneuverable Missile (after Mica) isn’t enough it should also outperform aim120 at long range

The difference is that those are justified and reasonable.
The flankers FM sucked, and R-77 is not very good. So you end up with a mediocre airframe, and bad missiles.
It doesn’t if the targets makes any attempt to move.
