some nations bought the HMS and others didn’t
the version ingame is mostly based on what the nation bought and what it didn’t but in general that’s 150% Gaijins personal preference at higher BRs

the f16am does have HMS (if you look at pilot) but you cannot use it with the radar, only with ir missiles
