Both the F16AM for france, premium and tech tree both use an AN/APG-66, the premium has a v2, and the tech tree has a v3. The differences between them are that the tech tree V3 gets sea search mode, which is useless because the lack of anti-ship missiles, and of course the lack of HMS Slaved radar. So that leaves the only meaningful difference being HMS, which the F16s are identical in every other aspect except from that. Why is the premium simply better than the tech tree version of the F16 that you can get for france?
