I mention the futility of bloated minor nation trees and got accused of maining US/USSR (I do and its an irrelevant accusation). I mention china’s top tier as an example of an offshoot tree that should exist independently of 5 whole tiers of pointless copypaste filler vehicles and now people are trying to tell me that “no its actually good that we have mostly non unique TT’s with maybe 1 or two vehicles that were a unique domestic design that you have to grind through trash to acquire”

so you completely ignored what he said ( and what he said was 100% valid and on the point ) to attack the chinese tech tree as being nothing but copy paste? I mean then we can say the same for most if not all of japanese top tier / mid tier because some of japans tanks are just other nations vehicles with slight alterations. the Type 93 is a american humvee, , the type 87 is just a gepard with a type 61 hull , all the japanese top tier mbts are just redesigned leopards.

Yeah if you just mean that it LOOKS like one… it shares nothing besides the guns and its overall look. The hull is not of a Gepards and the turret despite the resemblance is not a gepard turret…

i mean remember that patch where they just copy pasted 4 shermans and put them into the italian tree? No one asked for that or wanted it and the only point was to make players suffer to grind through tanks from another tree, even when italy already had its own unique shermans
like any other light vehicle! great! that makes sense!
the good news is, most people aren’t using this tactic and the ones that are still have to shoot off their loaded DART to then reload the HE to actually kill you.

Meh. I don’t have time to play WT as much as i’d like to. Nations like Israel appeal to me because it lets me experience things from multiple different nations, without having to grind multiple different nations.

Thats fair enough, but It would be a much nicer tree if it was De-bloated of copy pastes and you could bring unique vehicles from it into a US/UK/French lineup.

Nice attempt at some sort of childish dig at Ace there but there is nothing difficult about grinding nations. What is the blockade is the time spent. All he said is that he likes that you can play some major nation vehicles without the major grind needed to play multiple trees.

Completely see where you’re coming from, and there’s definitely two valid perspectives here that we’re on opposite ends of. I just prefer the current setup because it means i don’t have to spend the hundreds of hours grinding crew skills multiple times over lol.
