Most of the top tier fighters (except the u.s) all accelerate and climb extremely well and are very close to matching actual thrust to weight like the real life varients, su’s and all flanker models received air frame buffs and engine buffs multiple times nato and other allied nations have received engine buffs and are extremely close to matching real life thrust but the f15 family all variants are missing 10 to 11 thousand lbs of thrust… when a report is made about stuff like this for any other air frame it’s immediately changed and fixed and in rare cases if it’s nerfd they are extremely small nerfs hence the ef2000 is only missing 2k lbs of thrust while America has 80% of its top tier fighters missing 4k lbs or more making it get out accelerated by almost every thing it goes agaisnt. I understand they won’t probably get the full amount of thrust they are missing but an additional 5k AT LEAST would help so much with sustaining and gaining speed for long range bvr engagement which the f15’s are built for… and when asked about this in the past the devs have simply said “it’s close enough” which is outrageous other nations get buffd for weaponry performance true fin deflection etc while from air frames to engines to missiles America is cut in half. Hopefully this can be sorted out and they can get some type of additional thrust because I should not be loosing speed with 30 mins internal fuel and a drop tank as soon as I slowly pitch my nose up 10 degrees when I am above Mach 1… it doesn’t make any sense when evey other air frame can make steep climbs (which the f15 is very known for) and maintain speed if not accelerate.
@Grok is this true?
first of all AI generated slop “sources”
second of all ask your AI what intake losses are on fighter jets
iam pretty sure that grok did not take the 2 screenshots of the AI overview into account
he did not indeed
You ran to ai just for it to type a book then sum up yes this is a legitimate problem 😂
its just funny to use ai to understand ai slop or people who can write.
Wait till you find out that you can go in game and look at the x ray see the thrust it puts out and add it up… f15 GE only produces slightly over 38k lbs lmao irl it has 50…
and now i want you to look at the engine name of the engine that the F-15 GE has and compare it to the engine name of the normal F-15C
and then check the name of the engine that you claim to have 50k lbf
They both have the f100-pw-220 corn ball… those engines together produce just under 50k so much for ur knowledge lmfao
F15E’s and I have the 229 which ups the thrust to 60k yet they only produce 43 😂😂😂😂
you still didnt look up intake losses
and you dont have anything but your ai overview
If they had the correct thrust the loss of thrust after surpassing Mach wouldnt be as bad again proving my point bud
your point being an ai overview
sure go ahead and make a bug report with that
And gaijin doesnt fully model air intake losses etc so again everything im saying about the MISSING THRUST is correct so stop harassing me just cause ur bored bro 😂
they do
I just proved the overview and sources were accurate correct ?? So again WTF ARE YOU ON ABOUT
