been thinking about it since the Sparrow buff, yeah Hornet A could uptier to 12.7 and 13.0 for Hornet C Early (also AIM-7P being IOG and DL capable plus more amount able to carry (6) than Hornet A (4)). Plus C Early is simply a mini Flanker at this point just without IRCCM missile, AND Su-27 themselves with way worse radar but decent R-27ER sits at 13.0 (granted they have IRCCM as well)

actually if F/A-18A gets to 12.7 should it get IRCCM too? given F-15A/J retain their AIM-9M scot free plus Belgian F-16A that has both AIM-9M and Magic 2. Still a crazy kit as it’ll be 6 AIM-9M and 2 AIM-7M

We need decompression to say the least and to also stop giving special treatment to premium jets(premium Su comes to mind)

If they go up I could see them getting AIM-9Ms to compensate.

You’re just screwing yourself over by not taking the longer range radar missiels

Its more to stop it kicking the crap out of phantoms as often, moving them up.

and aim9m is very good around that BR. its been very good on the GR7 harrier in NE recently

makes sense, however it might start making the F18C become just food for even more fox3 carriers since in 14.0 you get some planes with even better missiles than the premium su30’s, like the 120C5 and even MICA which i doubt would be a even decent experience lol

We seriously need decompression
Move everything up so that lower brs can breathe

With proper decompression I could see the F-18C Early maybe getting 9Ms and going to 13.0
With the F-18A Early getting two more sparrows and moving up a point as well?
