the F-15A has the same 4 AIM-7M, good TWR and good radar.
so i think it isn’t that hard to put 18A in 13.0 or at least 12.7
Who cares if mig23 is good at 11.7, the point of this whole thread is that f18 at 12.3 and 12.7 are too strong and their BR is too low, period.

Su-33 has 12 missiles at 13.0, up to 8 of them can be R-27ERs.
You say a lot of things, like how the Matra 530Fs are supposedly good missiles according to you.

AIM-7M/P are completely shit compared with R-27ER, but they’re better compared with downtier missiles, lets talk mmmm… R-24R
Now do the same comparison between R-24R and 10.7 radar missiles.

Saying that MLD shouldnt see Hornet because AIM-7M/P is better than R-24R can also be used for matchup of AIM-7M/Ps vs R-27ER.
lol, F-15A has AIM-7M and fight against R-27ERs, and it doesn’t suck, its a very good plane for 13.0
Its also much faster than Hornet, has AIM-9Ms and most importantly 240x CMs IIRC
as i said: if 18A gets AIM-9M it can go to 12.7 or 13.0.
and speed isn’t very important, dude. u aren’t going to be flighting at 2300km/h all the match, and good TWR like the hornet is very important

By that logic F-104A/C could go lower than they currently are, since all they have is speed and as you said that isnt important.
