F-80C BR Change is unreasonable

So in April they moved the BR of the F-80C to 8.0. However this was supposedly done because they were giving it unlimited WEP.
According to the information gathered in the reply below they argued that it shouldn’t happen because the F-80C used water injection and had a limited WEP and should stay at 7.7 with limited WEP.
