No its not, early models only contains two dispenser which means it can carry either 60 regular or 15 large caliber+30 regular CM’s.
If the airframe itself doesn’t have additional dispenser slots it will not.
I think he’s talking about external pods, but they forget about balance and the fact that you need to know how to manage your countermeasures
The thing is we never saw single F-16 with BOL pods I believe, only PIDS pods on late blocks.

45 large, 60 small should atlesst be a choice
Take the extreme of this. F16a 12.3 vs flankers and friends equates to dying to no CMs way to often. Theres no managing CM ammount here.
Its balance that more CMs would provide. Especially in f16a as its on defence the full game.
Be real. We get less CMs to sell tbe NETz.
Look at the new premiun french f16. Gets HMD and can remove 1 missile for more CMs. Again if you dont pay you dont have the privilege
F-16ADFs with 45 at 13.3 and Su-33 at 13.0 with 48 have been managing theirs just fine. If you constantly running out this seems more like a positional issue.

My ~3kd (>1.5ks) in both Su-33 and F-16A MLU shows otherwise. I also have a 2 ish? kd in netz post cm nerf. Is it annoying that i dont have a lot of cms? Sure. Is it workable regardless? Yes.

Potentially it only takes just 1 flanker thats focus’ the f16 and its no CM time.
45 on 13.3s is a little more playable but not by much as you can actually make enemies have to defend.
Sounds like bad positioning if you’re going dead cold vs just cranking and relying on a gambling mechanic.
Plenty of ways to defend against flanker and their bad radar than just stay in the defensive until you’re shot to death.
Still minimizable through proper positioning (such as cranking and staying at higher alts)
The MP happens as theres no choice left as you have been on def the full game

A personal choice through your own bad positioning for going cold at the sight of every threat. If you’re forced to use multipath, it’s clear your positioning was terrible.

Vs 1 flanker with 10 missiles which equates to around 4 presses per missile shot
It is a personal choice to stick the fight with a flanker vs just fooling his HDN radar and rapidly climb/descend to lose him.
