They used 9J’s while doing training flights in the US. Besides that the manual lists it a an available load out.

I know that they used them while being in the US, but they didn’t equip them themselves in service at home.

ok so this F4F-KWS LV uses the Model of the very Last upgraded F4F (38+24) it however with one exception ( AIM-120A) uses the armarment it recived in it’s 1983 Peace Rhine upgrade
Stock grinding this aircraft is incredibly hard, even with the 5x booster on the devserver and then once it has been fully spaded it’s one of the worst 12.7 Aircraft in the game, its slower and has worse armarment than even the Tornado F3 (late)
to sum it up I dislike it already but Ill play it anyways, however I belive the weapons upgrade to AiM-9Li (or 9M if yu dont want to model the Li) would even at a lower BR be inevitable as AiM-120A and AiM-9L alone currently dont warrant taking this Aircraft over the F4S with it’s AiM-7F and AiM-9H which is the next best phantom I can personally compare it too
the addition of AGM65D and G would be able to barely Justify its BR of 11.7 in Ground RB at all as the regular F4F using the same ground ordenance of the KWS-LV is currently ranked at a ground BR of 10.3

Iris was only tested on it tho and never in full 4 missile load
9L(i) really needs to be modeled to get rid of aim9m on swedish planes
it could also lead to italian 9L(i) + aim120 ADF

I know I know, but incase they just refuse to acknowledge it’s existence which seems like it tbh why then give it AiM-9L instead of the 9M they game to the gripens? those only ever had 9L and 9Li too

its also missing 120B’s which germany ordered at that same time and a total of 6 D/G mavs it could carry. lets not talk about the additional pods it could carry to counter missiles, the same pod that exists on the 21 already.

today i learned the F4F KWS does not have a Ballistic computer for bombs

what does that mean?
Godvana has a list of bug reports he is planning to make on the F-4F, the ballistic comp bug is one of them.
which is he planning? just asking so I can stop complaining about the current implementation and start complaining about not getting it fixed yet
