Remember when those jets dropped and caused a ripple effect that has effected 7.0. All the way to where they sit 3.3 br steps above?
The f4f ice will start a similar effect due to its kit.
Id rather see an f18 or give the mig29G r77s than push the ice down, it makes no sense to push literally the best phantom with amraams down in BR to jets wifh barely functioning rwrs, OR the capability to fight back.
Mirage 2000 s4 for example, has barely enough cms as it is to fight against irccm missiles and SARH, you want to mix amraams there?.
Why did they move a bunch of stuff like the f16aj. F16A,sy27 etc down?

Issue is, other nations don’t get the same. F3 last year when it could barely fight top tier aircraft like the Mig-29 let alone the Mig-29G never got the same.
As of right now as well. The F3 late is doing no better than the ICE, except the ICE is moving down but the F3 isn’t because Britain has the Gripen? It’s like saying the the Mig-23MLA should be 12.0 because they have the Mig-29 is better.

All.of these points though well made, are irrelevant.
I feel like only you and a select few others understand the ramifications of dropping the ice, it may even cause stuff like the F16A to drop further down.
Ive seen the ice gameplay and the amraams are absolutely no joke, while.i do have the 15C im refusing to use it till i get used to sim.
Amraams in arb should not be lower than 13.3 , specially on the platform such as the ice, the harriers at leasr have the excuse they are damn harriers as they arw subsonic strike air craft that cant compete outwith the missiles

These jets, have been undertiered for years. The Su-25 less so but the a10s have been a crime. The amount of actual undertiered jets in game is crazy(F-104A/C for example) but the ICE is going to be the key that ruins all balance? Really? You mention the AV-8B+ you know it’s at 13.0 with AMRAAMs and IRCCMs at 13.0 right?
Holy hell, it had a slightly better flight model in exchange for not having all the good things the SMT had and it came later! Get over it! It was good for 3 entire months! 1 whole patch it was a meta jet and no one shut up about it! Then it quickly fell off and that was it! The one and only time Germany had a meta jet and it only came a patch later then everyone else’s!
You proved your bias here man, there is honestly no talking to you if you honestly think Germany has gotten special treatment, especially over something like Sweden that has been the golden child for years now.
Since when does everyone getting the same treatment matter?
If everyone got the same treatment Germany wouldn’t need it’s only ARH using jet to go down.
Same with the Mig-19, but they’re only 9.3 because Gaijin undertiered the A-10s/Su-25s and a couple other planes they could face at 9.7.
They’ve only had a good top tier, but average everything else. Swedish air one of the weaker air trees, and Swedish ground is only great above 7.7.

They also really want to screw over other nations.
Seen more than a few times German mains saying that Italy and Britain shouldnt get Typhoon because we have the Gripen and also saw them saying that they should get the Swiss F-18 before the US.
Also the number of itmes they’ve asked for the Argentinian F-16 is insane.

yeah then it is this case for once. Germany top tier suffered for so long and finally they have a meta jet on low br. The only thing to solve this, is to increace the maximum br to 14.3 or higher. It is so the f4f ice dont really have a place to go right now with this type of game modes. Either u get cooked by the top tier planes like 15c su27sm or u will cook lower br planes. At 13.0 50% of the games u will face top tier zhe other 50% u will see low tier. This made the Mig29g unplayeble when it faces top tier. I think it is the better solution to let the f4f at 13.0 until the next major update, when germany hopefully get a top tier plane and then make a br change again.
I’d say the mig-19 is nowhere near as bad as the F-104. The mig should should maybe be 9.7 the F-104 could easily go up to 10.0
Sweden getting trialed vehicles they never used, better and at one point more leopards and one of the best jets in game. They get some pretty special treatment over other nations.
After the F-104s flight model nerf it now bleeds way more speed than a Mig-19, and doesn’t have the manoeuvrability to back it up. I think that they should both be 9.7, since the Mig trades top speed for better dogfighting capability. I’d consider them equivalent aircraft.

The mig-19 can dogfight but once sees anything with missiles it’s over with, the 104 has a chance.
In a vacuum I’d agree with you. But the F104 is just so much more annoying for 8.7s that it should definitely go higher.
In general there’s simply a terrible compression at the BR range and we could add 2 whole entire BR and barely decompress sufficiently the bracket
The Mig can dodge 20g missiles without flares (though it depends on the speed of the missile) due to the fact it pulls nearly 15g at some speeds. The F-104 has to hope it can outspeed a missile since it can’t out turn one.
I’ve played both the Mig-19S, and the F-104G, and I can say that the airframes are roughly on par with eachother.
You pull 15gs and you are gonna be very vulnerable, and you certainly aren’t going to be dodging the 2nd one that comes your way.
If your slowing down in the f-104 your doing it wrong. Most deaths I’ve had in the 104 A or C is due to pilot error.

I think it is a shame for it to be so brutal to use at its BR, BUT that does not mean the F4F ICE SHOULD GO DOWN and make the entire 12.0 bracket suffer for it.

They are vastly different from the F4F which has
- better radar.
- better FM

Su25 + A10 introduced, Push mig19, f104 etc from their BR, down.
F104s etc now 9.3, can go over 400kmph faster than almost if not every korean war jet and ruins the entire bracket for every 8,3
korean war jets get moved down to 8.0 to compensate for BR decrease of the F104s etc.
Oh look now 7.0 is getting ragged on literally by korean war jets,again, the exact thing we fought years ago to get pushed up is happening again.
And yes germany has had the special treatment for years. there isnt anyway to debate it, Sure sweden has the STRV122, i played before that was even introduced xD.
But swedens lower and mid BRs absoluteley suck. Germany BR for BR is again, one of the strongest nations in game. Great lineups all the way through, BAR missing a capable top tier air craft. That is it
low Brs: good cas, good cap and great ground,
mid BRs: , good cas, good cap, good ground.
mid high Brs: (8.3 to 9.7) fantastic cas, fantastic ground, and good cap. (leo2k on its own was a force to be reckoned with never mind backed up with T72s, Kpz70, bagliets etc)
High Brs: decent cas (su22s , tornado IDS at 10.3 is good at 10.7 area) decent cap and fantastic ground.
Top tier: garbage cas, usuable cap. splendid ground. (Leopard 2a7, 2a6, PSO and 2a5 as a back up are a force on their own) with usuable lights in the tam2C and a good spaa. Not the best, but better than most trees have. especially next update.
so yes, germany for years has not suffered xD the memes up there with russian bias.
