F-22 Raptor

Oh, please.
The next time i hear someone comparing an f18 with a su57… I’ll just straight up tell them they’re missing screws.
This time tho ill be polite.
An f18, clean or not, will always be relatively high RCS, and a Su57 will always be lower RCS because of design philosophy.
I know MURRIKKA must have the best jets because the uneducated and backwater russians dont know how to make jets, but please…
Dont let me hear that again…

not gonna happen by the time the info for the f22 is declassified the game will most likely be dead( think in like 50-70 years, cause the US government)

F-7s are just small. That’s why that thing looks big

A lot of vehicles in game still have complete classified specifications yet we have them in game. There’s enough publicly available sources to have a playable raptor.

J-20 should be the largest one here

Supposedly twice, but the one confirmed use of it was outside of the combat zone and purely to guide a handoff munition.

It isn’t, its ESR is equivalent to the F-18’s ADSR. Its frontal ADSR is equivalent to that of the F-35, while aspects further than +/-30dg puts it fairly behind in terms of visibility.

Seeing as the F-22’s ESR ranges from an absolute minimum of 0.0005m^2 to 20m/s at an absolute maximum… It doesn’t make it look all that good, does it?

Its peaks are still the same, though minimum frontal is better.

I’d compare it to that of the F-22, though worse from the direct sides or top.

Frontal is comparable to the F-35, the rear is pretty hard to compare.

I would recommend you to avoid that topic.

Source?

Why is that?

Gaijin doesnt like players talking about that conflict.

I’m not talking about it?

I know but just keep that in mind

Thanks dad?

Guys, if you can model F-22 in DCS world, then in War Thunder world, it shouldn’t be a problem…
It’s just that players would require “invisibility” or “reduced radar cross-section - RCS” and that’s something that doesn’t fit with arcade and realistic battles where those crazy markers will give you away for tens of kilometers…
To maintain quality RCS for all game modes, I see that as the biggest problem …
Otherwise, regarding the technical parameters, I would say that for this one, Gaijin works with them, as if they were ideally malleable data for balancing the game…
