F-16A OCU has an on-par radar on a vastly superior airframe using a superior missile loadout.
It’s the perfect example of what a 13.7 should be.

airframe is the only thing that is better but for dog fight derbys are better than aim 120 and like f16 ocu can do bvr it isnt imposible but u 45 chaffs… and f15e competition is just ahh

Plane is not that bad.
Compared to its peers it is kinda stinky, my solution would be to just play the Japanese Gripen.
Solution: have a modicum of more skill than the enemy plane (top tier is just who is better generally)
At 13.7 I’d rather play practically anything else tbh-
But yes, top tier is infested with lobotomites

F-16A OCU is one of the many examples of a plane that can’t be properly balanced because of BR compression.
Its even worse than the now undertiered F-16D
Make top tier 14.7-15.0 and we might be able to find a place for it

F-14A IRIAF is 13.0 currently, so it won’t see planes with a rating of 14.3-14.7 if they come out or decompression happens.
while F-16A OCU is 13.7 currently, so it will see planes on 14.3-14.7 even if decompression happens.
so, bringing F-14A IRIAF on F-16A OCU problem is off-topic.
As a 140% joke, F-14A IRIAF has 25% extra Countermeasures than F-16A OCU with two step lower BR.

Is it just MiG-29SMT and Su-34 at 13.3 now? I forget.
JF-17, Su-33, Mig-29SMT, and the F-16D are the only 13.3 planes.
