You will. The EX is a lot faster. You’ll notice it.
The same way J-16 full loaded is as fast as a clean J-11.

no by fm i mean turn performance, i know the ex is immensely faster
sacrifices AOA for better retention, ala J-15 vs J-16.
But retention is usually better, since it prolongs the ability to be defensive.
tbh the f15cge and ex are both pretty bad at dogfighting in relation to other things at their br, so taking the cge over the ex just for its slightly better turn performance is really brainless, and youre missing out on way more advantages from flying the ex

for 99% of people itll be a no brainer to just take the ex, only people i see still flying the ge are people without the strike line, and people who really like the f15c lol
only at high speed where your turn time/radius is pretty big no matter what. its worse below supersonic speed
yeah, eventually when all nations get dual-stage ARH’s & the EX gets AIM-260’s the BR’s will be even higher
You’re dead if you go below supersonic in an F-15 that’s not the F-15A anyways. May as well take the better supersonic performance instead.

F-15C GE was a lower BR than SM2, & as fast as SM2.
Boeing says 12 AIM-120s for F-15EX.
Oh neat, F-15EX & Typhoon should go higher too since they’re superior to Su-30SM2.
Gripen E is also currently 14.7, not 15.0, while being as fast as an F-15C GE to accelerate.
Speed, countermeasures, 7 AIM-120C-5s, AESA radar equivalent to Italy/Britain Typhoons.
F-15C GE acceleration is similar to Gripen E, J-11B, & Su-30SM2.
Su-30SM is slower tho, among the slowest 14.7 - 15.0s, with F-18E being slower acceleration.
The time to climb data matters more for first stages of a match than dogfight capabilities do for later stages.
Especially for aircraft like F-15, Typhoon, J-15T, etc that can force enemy players to stay long distance with their speed.
Being a boat hasn’t mattered at top ranks in a long time.
Might want to recheck the J-16 missile count there dude.
F-15C GE wasn’t released with the Su-30SM2 it debuted w/ the SM

how do you make your F-15C GE accelerate as fast as a SM2? in my experience SM2 has similar acceleration and climb profile as the F-15E in WT
the sm2 is nowhere near the f15e lol, its very similar to the f15ge tho, maybe a little better or worse at some alts
F-15C GE could accelerate even faster if I accelerated at 9000 meters instead of 10,600.
SM2 accelerates best at around 11,000 instead of 10,600, but it’s closer.
That’s the primary flaw with the test environment, but it’s primarily to get the time to 10,000 meters in the same run as the time to 1.5 which needs to be at 10,600 by the time 1.5 is reached.
F-15E & Typhoon are no where close to as “slow” as the Soviet/Russian Flankers in acceleration.
is it not? I always see them when i climb high in the F-15E in my general altitude, but not the Gripen E or F-15CGE
I take full fuel load tho so that might be a reason why my F-15C GE doesn’t climb that quick (without CFT ofc).
In my first hand experience (I don’t have SM2 yet) the C GE flies closest to the Gripen C or Su-30MKM in climbrate and acceleration, so in that 15.0 BR, near the bottom of the barrel.
nah the sm2 and ge are both really slow accelerating compared to the 15e, by a lot, ill send a statshark comparison in a sec
you can test this yourself with diff altitudes and speeds, but its usually very similar to this for the most part

Also off topic (but also on topic?) they’re adding the EX and IA, wish they added the JSI too. I mean just like the IA Japan hasn’t taken delivery of it yet, but atm they don’t have a top tier plane in the game and it would’ve been great in that aspect.
