F-15 Eagle: History, Performance & Discussion

I would just like to point out these idiots couldn’t even be bothered to properly label the tail number for the jet on the NLG Aft Door.

They have it as 1019, which means it would have to be a fictional 81-0019. It should be 2019 which be the correct gear door for 82-0019. If they can’t even get something as simple as that right, when it’s blatantly obvious how it should be and is the case for basically every US eagle ever, I don’t know why we should expect them to get other things correct.

well uhhh, guess thats not happening Community Bug Reporting System

idk if gaijin is wrong here but am leaning somewhat towards that

You just got mig-29ed lol.
They do agree it’s slightly underperforming but that it’s close enough to manual according to them, so they don’t care

a 2 degrees per second difference is not small

Just add F15E Golden Eagle at this point 🥀

my honest guess will probably see it with the introduction of the sg if it is truly delayed.

I would not be suprised if they give isreal a much better F15 than the US

they already tried to with the e and i when they were added and I wouldnt put it past them to try again

to be fair I think that was more a basic failure on the Devs part to balance the two they thought somehow 6 IR guided weapons would be equivalent to the engine upgrade. however they may not include the US since we probs might see the EX somewhere in the next 3ish updates

nope, they said the US one would get the -220 engines and not -229s because then it would be better than F15C in air to air

but the f15i never had -220s because is much newer so they had to have -229s

so no balance wasnt even a consideration, they just didnt want the US to get a better plane

HUH, I made the conclusion from the assumption of just incompetence, that’s so much worse of a reason they never cease to amaze me with their logic.

They just wanted even worse version.
Cus release F-15E still quite noticably worse than 15I - less CM. Aswell as weapons

15.4 deg/s vs 16.5 is only 1.1deg/s which is still unacceptable but unfortunately within their “margins for error”

Unless it’s the Rafale that is

But quite expected probably

Looks like the F-15EX (EX16) has had its first flight recently:

It would be nice, when the EX comes out, the US can get the latest version rather than the oldest one and seeing other nations get better ones.

@Smin1080p_WT any updates on the F-15C’s FM ?
