F-15 Eagle: History, Performance & Discussion

do they actually exist? because ive not even seen renders of that configuration

There’s that one brochure with that drawing of eurofighter with a billion meteors and amraams

That one doesn’t have double pylons on that station either, but all the other wing stations

It’s the same pylon used for double IR-Missiles, it’s weight rating and interface supports AMRAAMs

which has no source on which vehicle should get it you literally just put all of them while not all of them have it

so you are saying that all of them arent using the JHMCS

despite them all doing so

not all of them have datalink integrated in the helmet

and the new symbology dosent show friendlies

Anyway, for F-15E, F-18C and F-18E we already have reports about BFT

But for some reason gaijin thinks its only french helmet feature

And EFT iirc…

oh?

Marvin also have brochure for triple AA MSL for F-16 hope they will test it.

if they ever show evidence of AIM-174 F-15E/EX compatibility could it take them on the heavy CFT stations, a2g wing station, and centerline since it goes directly on the heavy stations for the Super Hornet?

I have a question why doesn’t the f15 misp II and f16c get aim120B?

cause they are literally the exact same as the A.

The better question would be why do the B’s even exist in game like seriously my only guess was they were originally going to have them perform slightly different to tweak the balance of the aircraft which had the different missiles. i.e maybe they would give the F16 the 120B which are slightly more maneuverable to make up for the low missile count and reverse for the F15c, however this is my personal conspiracy theory.

The B and C “should” have better chaff and ground clutter resistance over the A due to a new digital seeker hardware with field upgradable software and algorithms that read the analog signal from the radar. And possibly even improved terminal guidance solutions.

Proving that is a different task altogether. Big classified, never going to see the light of day.

Edit: What I did find is whatever tracking software changes happened between the B, the C7+ and the D, they all got most of those software updates. The US probably wants to go through their backstock of B’s for the legacy hornets etc.
