That is not correct. Even the OG F-15 armaments handbook includes A2G stores. It should have everything the current F-15C has plus LGBs now that it has a TGP.
And it had APKWS in the trailer… which is a decision they made I guess…
Early F-15s yes, but I saw some report on DTIC which claimed that procedures for using advanced A2G were removed from new firmware on F-15C to save ROM space.
That’s not supported by anything I’ve seen.

I’m not arguing the existence of APKWS on F-15Es, just the existence of any rockets on the F-15A-D. The armaments handbook does not have any rockets, and even the dual rocket/bomb practice dispenser notes it is only for bomb use.
I don’t know that they have bothered with integration for APKWS because the jets will all be collecting dust in a couple years anyway.
Now is it probably technically feasible if they really wanted to add it to the game? Yeah, but I don’t know that it has been.
I’m not going to complain about it, but it is questionable IMHO

that seems to be true, i still hold hope as itd be an effective counter to the new helos
ive never really noticed the new apkws variants had a different shaped head let alone tone.

funny thing is, when the airbase in Japan shut down (was the Airbase that housed the squadron that used the ZZ tail markings) they sent their F-15Cs out to other airbases, when PDX got one they had a new pilot fly it, the lower intelligence specimen took off with his air break deployed, and every time i see the ZZ tail mark i’m always reminded of that
