It’s modelled afaik(actually NVM I think only the pylons itself have drag but not the weapons), and amber racks would go to f15e/ex, those aircraft don’t care they have the excess thrust, 24 amraams means that if you get in a fight with an f15 you essentially loose on endurance, and if they engage you first? Get ready to be perma defensive.
Especially with AESA, they’ll know as soon as you start turning back in because real time TWS updates
Not to be that guy, but a duel is such an alien environment to air RB that it’s really nonsensical to think it would in any way paint a good picture for the aircraft’s real ARB perfomance.
If you add aesa on top you essentially get literal A2A suppressive fire, absolute cancer forcing everybody defensive and you know for a fact there would be more than one

Yes, but a su30sm doing this is wasting a bunch of time and missiles, 12 r77s is alot, but 24 is simply unhinged, you can shit out 12 missiles at the start and still be competitive.
Making me remember that time I notched every one of this Su-30’s missiles except for the last 1 or 2. Any other plane and I would’ve won
Can confirm, Im ARB su30sm spammers are manageable, but in sim if a su30sm wants you dead it’s pure cancer
It is the other way around, the weapons have drag but the pylons dont
But even then all missiles have the same ammount of drag.
So an amraam adds the same ammount of drag as a sidewinder or as a r60

They might model this right before or when 5th gens are added
