they are very strong still but its best they are left as is. moving them in any way destroys the balance of them still being usable but not popular without ruining the game and makes them not used at all.
Tomcats were a hell to deal with around the free tomcat indident, both teams were half full of tomcats for MONTHS. the lack of vehicle diversity and being forced to permanently multipath was abysmal. I do think they deserve eternal punishment for that with a legacy BR placement but 13.3 is a little excessive
no lol its just PD in practicality, works in look up attacks too, zero mechanics relating to multipathing and its also very fast to acquire

If you’re not flying directly at f14 and are already precranked like you should, why WOULDNT you be able to notch in time? You don’t even need a good notch, it cant track cold aspect so just overshoot the notch and chaff

R-77 is useless, maybe the worst Fox-3 ingame, Fakour-90 has even more prob of hitting than that thing. my gameplay with the Su-27SM hasn’t been good even if i do meh on it.
