it has OP armament for 13.0
Fakour-90 is basically an undodgeable Fox-3 at close range, any shot around 20km is impossible to evade no matter how much chaff spam and perfect notching u do.
R-27R is a very reliable missile at 13.0 paired with it’s Fox-3s.
Sedjeel is a very reliable missile at 13.0 paired with it’s Fox-3s.
the radar is very good for it’s current BR, which reforces the reason of why it should go up.
it has enough countermesures to face most enemies and a meh RWR.
for the ones wondering, MiG-29N (the new malaysian Fulcrum for Japan) carries 60CM and a meh RWR too, and too make it even worse, it has the radar of the 12.7 Fulcrum-A which lacks any good characteristic to compete with other 13.3 aircrafts, however it actually does good ingame and performs better than what someone could expect. things like the F-2A at 13.7 without HMD perform really well where they’re, just like F-14A IRIAF doesn’t have HMD and still performs really really well at 13.0.
so the thing is simple, move it up to 13.3, rather remove most of it’s peculiarly overtiered weaponry (Fakour-90 especifically), or give it more of it’s peculiarly overtiered weaponry so it can compete against 13.3 aircraft.
