As NFrost51 said, camo color may varied between branches or units. Markings are also varied for that time frame:

For the Army, usual markings consisted of the national flag (red-white) with the vehicle’s number on the turret side, while the Marines consisted of “KORPS KOMANDO” inscription and the vehicle’s number.
For the Army, the vehicle’s number now are located in the fenders, with the number started by a white star. Unit markings can also be found in the fenders. Sometimes, three digit number is painted on the turret sides. Marines remains the same as in the 1950s.
Found an image of the GS 105 with what looks like the original shorter barrel (french-version), didnt know we had two different types? could be the perspective, not entirely sure?
From What i can search, There is 2 version of this SPH. Mk 61 which is the regular version and Mk 62 that offered to the Swiss with fully rotating turret and longer barrel. obviously Mk 62 is not Operated by Indonesia so the probable version is that SPH is retrofitted SPH with longer barrel although i never heard such mod were done, only the engine and transmission retrofit were done afaik

Obusier de 105 Mle 1950 sur affût automoteur (OB 105 Mle 50 AU) is the original french version, this one uses a door panel style cupola, with some also have a dome cupola similar to the AMX-13. the vehicle also have the original 23-caliber version, this was used by France and was exported to Israel, Morocco, & trialed by West Germany
you can see in the first image that the hatch beside the gun opens upwards like a door. The second image uses the later Dome turret which opens rearwards
the AMX Mk62 came earlier (originally conceived in 1952 alongside the original casemate) to mount a turret version instead. The longer caliber was mounted on this variant. Switzerland obtained 4 units and 1 unit was also trialed by the French artillery

the AMX-105 Mk.61 moniker meanwhile was specifically used for improved export version. This variant would mount the same improved caliber barrel of the Mk62. The vehicle would be used by Indonesia & Netherlands (maybe France as well but not entirely certain on that). All of Indonesia & Netherland’s version uses the dome turret as well as differing Roof MGs, Indonesia uses the M60, Netherlands uses the FN MAG. The vehicles were classified as Meriam GS 105mm Howitzer (by ID) & AMX-PRA (by NL)

I think it’s fine if this kind of SPAA is added to the game if people’s or newbies want to use JP 1.0 Lineup and don’t want full 2.3 uptier because of taking Type 94 SPAA and at least this is not the weirdest/out of place SPAA out there.
same, but at least Duska milk truck is better than Quad maxim milk truck when facing tank. also this SPAA truck could be alternative to Morris C8 (Type 89) just like the 1.0 Soviet milk truck SPAA line

Than DM33? We do, DTW2-105, M426/DM63, Type 93, OFL 105 G2, etc. It’d be nice if we could find out what rounds the Harimau uses. The turret it uses is marketed as being able to fire M1060CV, which is a solid round in its own right, though if we could get confirmation it’d be better to have its accurate ammo loadout rather than copypasting DM33.
