The way it currently is…devs really gotta prioritize this…
Not to mention that helicopters are eternally notching bc gaijin cant model the blades radar return
The fact that he instantly learned to not trust the radar on this SAM shows how bad the situation is.

Glad to see a 2nd youtuber showcase this.

Gaijin are taking a very long time to fix it despite it being “accepted”
Finally getting somewhere at least, least important bug though but nice to know they on the vehicle now.
I hope they fix the horizontal and vertical soon
the radar rotation too
Out of all the performance, QoL and historical accuracy bugs
they fix THIS??? Fuck you too Gaijin.
After countless matches maddogin missiles, finally decided to rely on the radar once more, this match is where the missiles did its job with the radar. Luck or Fixed? Why did it work this time…normally they miss 🤔 especially against the helis

Strike drones are basically free kills, the rest were dumbeedum enough to not care about their RWR screeching.
Makes sense, still rare for me to do that when relying on Radar. Was surprised.
Three weeks since Leviathans came out live. The only change on Tan-SAM so far has been the angle of launch…
TADS is somehow tracking nicely now, but still with a horrible track rate, arh missiles still cant hit hovering helis, it needs to be at least 30m/s to connect, still no datalink on ir missile, and the reload bug, which is the most annoying, no fast ammo switch also
Would datalink on IR mean you can use the IR in tandem with the radar on the TADS to lock targets at 10km+? That would single-handedly make the Tan Sam really powerful.
“More info Required” bug report is closed, but the program guidance “If the expected hit point with the target is below the launch angle limit…” So, conversely, I think the launcher is firing the missile at the expected hit point.
which bug report? there’s many of them
Should be something like the SLM but with way less range, still would not be able to kill dircm hovering helis
I ve seen a trend of some CAS mains purposefully crashing intead of notching the missile thats getting out of hand, there is at least one every 2 matches
that would be really nice. Not concerned about helis as the ARH struggles to hit them anyway
Problem is the arh variant has more range because it gets less drag, the missile has very good performance but very poor tracking
Best use i ve found for arh missile is taking down other missiles
