Being an average player is a skill issue somehow, fascinating take.
I know i said im off to watch new godzilla, but the average lenght of match i recorded was 11 minutes 9 seconds. Thats definetively not 12 and you definetively cant round up that to 15 minutes per game. thats not how rounding up works.
Because there are loading times, queue times, taking a break, stretching your legs, using the bathroom, getting some food, talking to someone… it’s unrealistic to pretend it’s going to be 4h of back to back to back games.
do you even understand what consitutes to obtaining 1000 score… 300 score from 1 cap, 200 score from 1 kill and small ammounts from assist/hits etc.
if we literally take that 1000/12 thats 84 score per minute, that isnt even an assist worth of points per minute. considering most matches have you being able to get a cap and at least tank 1-3 shots and dish out 1-3 shots before dying in your first spawn, you should EASILY be doing 700-800 score by your 2nd spawn…
if your unable to achieve that then you simply are not of average skill end of
You are just making things up.
The first event that was linked to the Gaijin Market was this:
I had a PS4 account then but I got both those vehicles exclusively by playing, PC players could use the market, and had to use it to get both vehicles.
The first crafting event was this:
And I got 2 IS-7 coupons by playing, stopped before getting my third when I was told by Gaijin that as a PS4 player I could only get 3000 useless warbonds for each one.
There were no crafting event before the creation of the Gaijin Market:
i literally recorded both toilet breaks and making tea.
you can go and check the sheet i made. circa 1 hour and 50 minutes for the 22.5k daily including all the things you mentioned.
300 score only counts for a solo cap, which seems unlikely that every single person can capture a zone solo, but that’s 300 if we want to pretend, 2 kills puts you at 700 points and then some assist/teamwork to get you closer to a 1000… sounds pretty average to me.
again if your not getting more than 1 cap or multiple kills in a game and failing to do 1000 score your below average end of, that isnt hard to see from stat cards of what each player has contributed too in kills/assists/caps/deaths
you can easily get 1000 score through 2-3 kills and the typical 1+ shots per kill (so crits) or actually getting hit and repairing (which gives score as well)
It’s still going to take you a stupid amount of time even if you want to count 12 minutes per
Again that comparison makes no sense and I already explained to you why, you’re comparing real things with virtual ones that will cease to exist with the click of a button. Players used to get event vehicles cause that was the main goal of playing events. That was the value of those vehicles, the challenge of grinding them.
You all just think now is how much will I get for it, that is what ruined the events and is also what is ruining this game. You think, the less players get them the better… that is very sad.
Game I just played.
Total score of 39.238 points.
Total players 32
Average score per player 1226 points in 14 minutes.
Adjusted for average match length of 12 minutes = 1042 per player.
my bad, but even the old crafting events during the market got worse, some required you to dabble in the market, while others had a lock out on resources and if your RNG wasnt good enough you couldnt even get the reward.
old events are still worse than the crafting events of 2023, because at least with the crafting events of 2023 it was tied behind score WHICH everyone could do and assuming you did hit the material/crate caps per day you didnt lose out
But its funny how you mention getting the IS7 on the PS4 forgetting that on the console they had accelerated grinds
“Owners of the Metal Detector for the corresponding tank will receive in battles Rare Materials. From these, PlayStation 4® and Xbox One players can create Rare Parts thereby significantly accelerating the assembly of the vehicle” your grind wasnt even comparable to the PC grind (sorry to burst your bubble)
stop clipping the important information… show the kills/deaths/assists/caps and I can bet the ones below that 1200 mark either have collectively 2-3 kills between them and maybe 1-2 caps between them with 1-3 assists (prove me wrong)
but you still are taking averages which is funny because if the average is 1226 then why are there 6 players below that average

4 kills, 4 captures, 1 assist… seems pretty useful to me.
but you still are taking averages which is funny because if the average is 1226 then why there 6 players below that average
Because that’s how averages works?
Point is that with a score of around a 1000 it’s insane to be tasked with a 45k grind, and there is no real excuse for that beyond you thinking they don’t deserve to participate because they’re not good enough.
if you call that usefull when 4 out of the 6 dont have a single ground kill
5 out of 6 dont have an assist (which means they didnt hit or crit anyone) and when you add that to the 4 who dont have kills this means they simply NEVER hit anyone to a point that was deemed a contribution.
4 caps 2 of each from 2 players, so literally still over half of that 6 did nothing
the point is, with a score of 1000 or less you are simply NOT DOING MUCH so your grind is ofc going to be hard, the score could be 20k instead of 45k that would still required around 4.6 hours of grind at that score with 14 minute matches.
Sure, and if you like to be elitist and gatekeeping events and call people useless who need to git gud when they’re trying their best and god knows what issues they might be dealing with, that’s up to you.
Not the point anyways as even those who have 2-3 kills, captures and assists, they still are not able to partake in the event in any sort of reasonable way.
lmfao this isnt gate keeping… if you somehow think the 6 below 1000 score with 5 who didnt even get 1 kill at rank 3-4 cz i saw the replay just now, then sorry but if you dont like the truth about there playstyle then maybe go somewhere else.
thats a skill issue end off. and events will NEVER be balanced around that metric because what would even be the point of events if almost every player could obtain it… your logic is flawed because your assuming these events should be achieved “by everyone” when reality is, they are not and NO GAME that does events will do this.
and like I said you could drop the score to 20k for those types of players but they would still be spending 4.6 hours to grind that score and I can guarantee SOMEONE would still complain its too high.
beg to differ as with those stats there score should/would be in the 1400 range so above average and that would still only require 3-4 hours depending on the rank
Only 3-4 hours if you’re an above average player, yeah totally reasonable to design an event like that.
