I don’t even like them to be OP. Make them unusual, interesting or unique. Meme vehicle is entirely decent when I don’t have to work 50 hrs to get one.
Also the idea that last 10th star should be coupon that turns unit to spaded, talismaned or sellable is really good one.

Meme vehicles have the same ridiculous grind only you have little to show for it afterwards, whilst these events are just ridiculous to have during the holiday season when most other games create funny holiday themed events and things where they give out rewards and gifts to the players, something Gaijin never heard of, for Gaijin it’s just another opportunity to get players to grind.
