This means they have different models. Let’s think back to the last two times Germany’s main aircraft were delayed for a whole major update because of different models. This is a bad thing.

All initial tranche 1 aircraft have the same model as none have PIRATE initially… its only going to be different weapons if that’s even enacted for Britain rather than everyone getting 120 and AIM-9Li because ASRAAM is likely too good.
German aircraft will not be delayed due to this.
The issue would arise when you get to tranche 2 which would reuse the Tranche 1 basic model. If anything, British and Italian Tranche 2’s would need a new model and the German ones wouldn’t.
Do the brits use Tranche 4, if not any1 know if there are any plans on buying it or do they just go with the Centurion program?
Britain use Tranche 3A’s which was then modernised/upgraded with Project Centurion to roughly Tranche 4 standard (capability-wise).
Britain completely skipped Tranche 4 and may not buy Tranche 5 either, we don’t know yet, but any future purchases will likely be Tranche 5’s now.
But, as we all know, MIG29G has the same model as MIG29(9.12) just with a different paint, but it’s still delayed than MIG29SMT which have a New model

Yall need to stop leaning on the Yak-141 as your gotcha, it was introduced in its intended “production” form. And doesn’t establish a “rule” for all future additions, it just is what it is.
The German and Spanish EFT’s aren’t going to come with TVC (its called TVC not TWS…).
