Not having HMD is a big loss for the F14B I don’t have the D, but Ive test flown it a few times I do agree with its almost identical gameplay and reskinned airframe, but the radar and HMD give it a way better advantage at its BR than the F14B.

nither f14 have hmd in game or even irl it did test it early when the agile 95 was in testing but after that from what i know they never attempted to put another hmd in it

Now if they could ONLY do the same thing with the Ho-Ris (except actually REMOVE them and not ‘let players who own it have it’), then 6.3 - 7.3 would actually be a bit more playable.
MMOs rely on the illusion of ownership. They will never remove content from people who got it, because it would be a massive disincentive to any kind of future grind.
That said, while I’m not against some copy paste in general, I still find the speculative Ho-Ri to be a lot more interesting than a sixth M24/M44, just like I find the Tiger II 105 and the Panther II much more interesting than the M48A2 that supposedly replaced them…

Ofc they replaced the tiger 2… It was ass plus Germany couldn’t develop their own tank until the late 50s-60s and america gave Germany like 1000 m48s

You need to work on your reading comprehension. I was talking about how Gaijin used a copy paste addition (the German M48) as a supposed replacement in-game for the entirely fake Tiger II 105. This has nothing to do with the real Tiger IIs in real life or in the game (where they are much better than their real world counterparts).

To be fair the most anticipated replacement for the BR was the Type 99. There isn’t really a tank that plays exactly like Ho-Ri, that was the whole reason they made it up in the first place, same as the removed German tanks.
Maybe adding a real Ho-Ri instead could help, but we didn’t see the real Panther II either, so maybe just one or two 7.0-7.7 tanks would eventually be added alongside removing the fake Ho-Ri from the techtree.

The m48 and tiger 2 105 weren’t the same br and wasn’t a replacement
I personally don’t think the Ho-Ris should be removed, and I think the three removed German tanks should return. Though I wouldn’t mind if they gave them new turrets and a new 3D model.
There’s simply not gonna be a 1:1 replacement for them in gameplay terms. Even BR wise it’s problematic. Germany is one of the largest trees in the game and still after 6.7 you have to wait 7.7 for half a lineup and even higher for fuller lineups. The gap the three fake tanks were brought in for is still there, unsolved.
I see the benefits of copypaste and also its downsides. But while the Type 99 is cool… To me a Ho-Ri will always be a more intriguing experience to try out than playing one more SPH now that they’re a dime a dozen in every tree.
