Would prefer if they unlocked modifications, like ammo, tools etc.
That be pretty neat and entice some to actually play the vehicle again.

I wasn’t refering to what was written. I’m refering to older blogs where this was never mentioned to us at all.
We had no clue the Himmel was coming, we only knew the M44 was added to multiple nations, not that it was a “gameplay gap” solution aka stop gap solution.
Great to see some communication from Gaijin finally, what about other topics the playerbase is discussing?
Like stale gameplay, no new gamemodes, low RP rewards and other, any dev blogs about these issues in the works?
You’re absolutely correct that Taiwanese people are going to be interested in their military being represented and it’s perfectly understandable, just like any other nation.
But considering the number of times I see Taiwanese vehicles with their roundels or markings covered with PLA markings, I don’t think I’m taking a big risk when I say that they don’t make up a very sizeable portion of the Chinese tech tree playerbase. And the remaining majority is very likely more interested in seeing the ZTZ99s and VT4s improved than getting an Abrams.
But I could be wrong.

Going forward, our reasoning for a specific vehicle will be clearly explained in the new dev blog format for the vehicle. In this new format, we aim to write our decision process for a vehicle and why it is being added, as there is always a reason. This is something we didn’t really do in the past, so we hope it helps inform you more on our process.

No, Israel will get the Greek Leopard 2A6EX.
I think the Singaporean vehicles should return to their country of origin.
The Leopard 2SG should go back to the German tree.
The F-15SG should go back to the U.S. tree.

Concerned about the lack of development many vehicles get. Why add the Belgian Leopard without the ammo that would make it otherwise actually different for people researching it
Germany has their own Leopards 2A4 with the revolutionary armor they don’t need to get the Singaporean version, nor the F-15SG go to America

Not talking about this vehicle in specific but in general.
Ammo (shells, missiles etc) is considered as a balance factor. We can add new shells (of course if physically possible) for tank instead of, for example, lowering its BR.

If Hummel was already in development, why bother with copy pasting US vehicles before it was available?
Did Hummel really needed that much of development being a Nashorn with diffent gun?
If M44 and M55 were placeholders for Hummel, why not remove them now?
There is a writing on the wall why Gaijin is doing what it is doing. HUGE letters. No ammount of corporate pulp can cover it.

It was already available. Hummel was only ready more than 1,5 year later.

Russia never gets copy and paste vehicles for packs. Some nations get a bunch of them

Still left harsh criticism of A) The number of premiums per update B) Adding premiums without a tech tree equivalent and C) Lack of fair access to older content + WT.Live on console
