I mean, that tri-pack half track AA wasn’t exactly needed but they still added it. I’m guessing it’s something they had sitting for a long time.
Soviets just didnt really have a better option that was a reasonable br and fit thematically
(And that was usable spaa)
I don’t particularly find the Hanomag that good, I have a much better time with the BTR-152D which is the same BR.

Yeah they probably couldve but germany isnt exactly desperate for spaa around 3.0-4.0
By sticking to that theme they basically invented a reason to add a captured vehicle lol
I mean it’d make either an interesting folder vehicle or modification for the current one in game. If they had to add another SPAA for Rank II Germany it should be the Sd.Kfz.7/1
Eh i doubt it would come as a modification, that would require gaijin implement a way to change BR based on mods and theres a lot of more important stuff to do if they add that
And if they add it as a wholly new vehicle theg get accused of copypasting
Sometimes i have to sympathise with gaijin over how silly the playerbase is

Oh right. I forgot the 20 mm one was 4.0 and the 15 mm was 3.3. But while the Wirbelwind is good, I wouldn’t mind the 20 mm version foldered with the 15 mm one that way it doesn’t get in the way of the grind.

I don’t see why they couldn’t. They don’t have a SPAA at the 4.0 bracket yet. But we all know how slow they can be to add a vehicle to the main operator after it’s been added to another.

Problem is, now that Gaijin has acknowledged that people dislike the amount of copy-paste they add, they will tell you that they don’t want to add it to Germany because it would be more copy-paste
They probably know what kind of copy-paste players actually complain about, but they now act like defiant children and tell you “nuh uh, you said you don’t want copy-paste” even when people ask for reasonable copy-paste…
