That wasn’t DCT, it appeared in the game much earlier than DCT was a thing, and it’s available on the Market as a coupon.

There are plenty of non-DCT vehicles not available as coupons. The Andryusha was I believe a VE day event vehicle some years back.

Thus far, DCT rewards have always been unique designs rather than variants of existing vehicles. Sure, for a couple of the vehicles, the chassis is from a vehicle already in game (Sturmtiger and KV-7), but they are still mostly unique, and definitely vastly different from the original vehicles. For this reason, I am not expecting a re-gunned tank or a variant of an aircraft already in game except with different armament as a DCT reward.
