Honestly i expected the KV3 or T150 as a russian DCT vehicle, both were far more well known than the KV7.
I don’t even know why we got the KV7 we DID, there was a way more famous version of it with twin 76mm guns.

Id genuinely LOVE to see the KV3, its gun, and hull existed, The only thing that didn’t was its MASSIVE turret, But parts of it WERE cast so.

The KV220 in game is actually another project that uses the KV3’s complete hull, and the turret of the T150 project.
I don’t know either. Perhaps the developers thought that three coaxial cannons would make it more interesting/unique than two (since a number of tanks in game already have two coaxial cannons).
There is a car with an 80mm anti-air gun in russian and german tt. So technically, they can be used as parts of a multi-vehicle anti-air thing. They even have timed fuse in game.
or they plan on selling us the other one as a Premium, or as a event vehicle in a couple years time.
I hope its the pereh, but not at the same time
Your welcome. It won’t be.

If you’re referring to the Gerät 341, no, they actually did exist. They never saw service or combat however. Four examples were created and tested.
There is no self-propelled version of the Green Mace that can be used as an SPAA.
I’ve done some further reading into it and the one that has been preserved is on an unpowered flatbed that potentially wasn’t part of the original project.
The pictures that we have of the different configurations are either fully deployed and therefore immobilized or in the transport position, in which it either cannot be used at all or only as a casemate.
From what I could find online, it may have required an external generator as well.
Biggest problem of all, there’s a general lack of pictures that show the entire setup ready to fire.
Random dzen post:
“This was a single massive system weighing 27.5 tons in the traveling position, equipped with two Rolls Royce B40 engines. But even so, it could barely move under its own power, so to transport it, it was loaded onto a 30‑ton platform.”
So, somewhere, maybe, there is an info about that.
The article that mentions that follows it up with:
“It also required a large generator unit on site to provide power, and the wheels had to be removed to load it into its firing position.”
Damn it, the CM dropped no hints at all.
Too high rank.
Nah, I’m almost certain it’s an aircraft. There’s no way they’d run 3 ground vehicles in a row for events, since they told us the event after DCT is a mid tier Chinese tank.
So DCT is more than likely an aircraft
They literally said it would be a boat (exactly what the normal event order should be)
“And lastly, after War Thunder’s birthday Dreams Come True event concludes, we’ll be starting a naval event for a US coastal vessel.”
That says after the DCT event comes they will start an event for a coastal boat rather than the DCT event will be a boat though
I am not talking about the DCT vehicle
So, essentially, we have no idea what the class will be, as the CM Update didn’t hint at anything at all. With the event before being a tank and the event after being a boat, the DCT vehicle could be anything, especially because the DCT vehicle class appears to have no bearing on the standard event cycle, since we’ve had class and nation repeats in the past with DCT and the event before it.
It may be worth noting that if DCT is not an aircraft, then there will be no event aircraft between the F-16XL event around a month ago and the Winter event, which is a rather large gap. Though, of course, this could mean absolutely nothing.
