Yeah no, it certainly belongs lower. Every other Pershing at the same BR is just… better. In every conceivable manner except mobility. Belongs at 6.3 IMO.
You have the Super Pershing/T26E1-1, Jumbo Pershing/T26E5, M26E1 (Normal Pershing but long 90), and M26 T99, all at the same BR, offering something better.
Super Pershing? Better gun, slightly better armor.
Jumbo Pershing? Same gun, but armor capable of stopping even the Soviet 122 and German long 88.
M26E1? Literally just the normal Pershing but with the long 90.
M26 T99? Base Pershing, but you get rockets that are more useful than you’d think. Maybe not enough to justify 6.7, but still.

No, it doesn’t. APCR is distinctly coded to do less damage than apds/apfsds. It also has massive problems with angles/shattering/spall/etc combined with a poor reload rate on the 90mm.
I carry like 2 rounds on any US tank that has it and I almost never get to shoot it because the times its a better round to use than APHE are extremely rare.

Ever since he switched to his “slop” content, his opinions, or rather the way he expresses them, have adapted to it. Not to mention he probably exacerbated the problem of one vehicle lineups.
He shoots one guy and goes “AHHHH THIS VEHICLE IS INSANE”.
Why? It was considered balanced, even leaning towards on the weaker side for years at 6.3.
MM is a complete mess right now at this range 5.7s constantly get uptiered now since german and russian 5.7s got moved up so lots less people at that range
name a single 5.3 that can have a fair fight against it

while im a strong advocator for the T34-85 family going up in BR no. it can hit the MG port and thats it while the T34 is cardboard to the M3 90mm
For german: Panther D, Nashorn, Panzer IV/70(V), VK 3002
For Soviets: T-34-85s, M4A2, ISU-122
For GB: Comet, Avenger (even at 4.7 lol), Challenger, A.C.IV
Remember even if M26 is at 6.3, those aforelisted vehicles are at least 1.0BR lower than 6.3.
