the simple reason is that Russian vehicles and weapons are kinda like 10-20 years behind the US in a lot of aspects so that’s what’s reflected when you try to make them balanced in a game, and for the Pantsir and kh38mt there’s legit no excuse for them to be in the game without western counterparts.

Unfortunately no, even since 2013/14.
Yeah… it’s almost like the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991 and military development stopped, or at least slowed to a crawl, until the early 2000s so there is a 10 to 15 year gap in their military tech.

So you’re complaining that there’s NATO bias because it takes newer Soviet vehicles to take on superior older NATO vehicles…
That or you’re claiming Russian bias while proving there’s no Russian bias.
No American would claim that F-18C is worse than Su-30SM.

Your examples just show that Russia is 10-30 years behind NATO equipment, mostly because of the soviet unions collapse in 1991, but also because they don’t have the sheer developmental power or economy to back stuff up.
Neither of those show the configs we have in game.
And just ignore France getting planes less than 10 years old too.
Lmao where does China dominate. Their best A2G weapons are Kh-29s, and their SPAA isn’t stellar either. Just because they both aren’t western, doesn’t mean their treatment is the same. China suffers from a lack of care towards the tree, and how accurately things are modelled, as well as what weapons they can get.
Because date doesn’t have an impact on BR. Should a T-64 be the same BR as a Leopard 1? What about an Is-6 facing off against mid WWII tanks?

Delete China until they got new CAS have more than 4x Kh-29 and new SAM to to replace TOR&HQ-17 with huge smoke, slow speed and 1km blind zone

If that’s the case, why isn’t Russia hideously OP at all BRs? They have had a very lacklustre top tier air for quite a while, and it only changed with the Su-30.

Other nations do need better SPAAs though (well all nations do, but Pantsir is the best by a long shot, but even it lacks against current CAS).
And ALL F&F A2G weapons that outrange SPAAS need to be removed, Kh38 along with PGMs etc

They didn’t have a top-tier vehicle, that’s true.
But is that a reason to add two similar vehicles, where one is entirely better than the other, given the fact they have the same BR?
P.S. I don’t care about dates or realism. I understand that’s a video game. But for the sake of balance - it’s just terrible

Absolutely, however a temporary removal until all nations get SPAAs that can at least intercept incoming munitions would be a good idea IMO.
