All the Premium Packs full of CAS planes…lol, can you see it?
Personally I have looked at a few tank games and they look easy and remind me of Atari, but because of money, …they are ruining the quality of Air RB gameplay.
Airplanes are what started this game.

Where does Warthunder gain most of its revenue, you can also see if you look it up, how much they made now, compared to say, 4 years ago.
mostly BR compression and excessive powercreep.

ig you could say Air RB quality in top tier is declining…
But for me, its probably one of my favorite BRs right now (13.7).
F-2A, even without HMD (which I see as essential) that the SU-30s have, is my favorite aircraft so far. And it isn’t too difficult to defeat them.
This is how I shall enjoy top tier

umm you do realise that BRs outside of 12.7-13.7 still exist and you can play and theyre mostly the same right?

Indeed, this is how I will do it now as well…although I do love all my planes, including props.
I just poured 200 rounds of 20mm shells into a bomber, and I get 165fps, right into the engines and wing roots.

I do not mean to degrade people that like tanks and ground, not at all. But I started in Beta, when it was just planes…and for players from that era…this current game is disrespectful and disgusting.
When the only two jets were Sabre and Mig 15…and you knew when you played those you were playing the best players that grinded there to get them.
No disrespect to tank players I can assure you, but to me it is easy and looks like a “shooter game”
go play IL-2 korea then i’ve heard good things about it, but it wasnt hard to guess that this game wouldnt stay that way very long
tank players say similar things about air rb
having played a decent amount of both, theyre remarkably similar in the level of tactics and strategy they allow for/require

You know, I quit playing WT right after Beta, out of country for about 7 years. Thank you for pointing out tanks joined in 2014, didnt realize that.
I actually found WT looking for a chess game…you seem like you would be a good teammate, it is the tactics and strategy that intrigues me…with a level of skill in the vehicle you are in.

And it is, indeed, a “chess game” every time a major update comes out, thank you for getting me out of my STANK, about this update. An update, is a new chess player once again.

At least they got rid of the “special matches” that thing used to get, they made 5.0 to 7.0 unplayable… every damn game was 4 Ju-288s and 2 fighters vs 6 fighters. Those matches suck SO badly.
I came in here thinking it was gonna be a “nerf bombers” thread made by a premium player. Thank god it wasn’t
