this test u show right here is not reliable, yesterday i got shot from a distance by a t80 i got exploded easily by 3bm46 and killed my driver.loader.gunner.engine+tracks and the shell goes out, if there was another abrams behind it would certainly die again by the same shell.
should say it again or i gotta give u the replay?
Also what shells are you implying can regularly pen the cheeks the only one capable of going through the gunners side is L/55 DM53 but that still cant pen the other cheek

Look, you should really stop spamming from the position of authority, because you have none.
The issue is postpen effects, which are laughable for Soviet tanks and I can prove that with replays.
The game in question, 2 hits from the L44 with a DM23 result in a kill (first killed the gunner but didn’t detonate the carousel, in spite of being directly fired upon it and somehow killed the driver(??), and it was only the second shot, at the same place that did detonate the rack killing the tank and then another 6 shots that bounced (darts don’t bounce), or got eaten by T72s. You can’t have 6 APFSDS shots with 0 crits and kills, outta 8 shots. Ok, maybe it’s not so much Soviet fantasy armor as much as, already legendary hatred for anything German, that result in such a laughable DM23 performance.
as u can see he was literally holding W he saw me shot at penned my hull with 3bm46 and kept driving like he shot a tank made from plastic
+look at the second screenshot u can see that 3 of my crew died + engine + shell went out.
and the time of the battle few days ago

Since you were too scared to post the replay i checked it and yeah you didnt get shot in the LFP you were shot in the idler wheel

You held W through an open field sitting in your gunner view with your turret turned away from the T-80U so the crew were placed in a straight line to him and you were promptly shot in the idler wheel bypassing most of the composite and killed instantly, you arent helping the stereotype of the oblivious american player

u literally just judged my skills here while look at my german team losing to russians + moving through an open field is basically a thing that everybody does and the replay shows me looking upon the open field looking for unspotted targets (i don’t think u understand since u started playing top tier hours ago) + the t80 was hiding before holding w and going through everyone and blasting some brainded shots (average russian player) and u can see that my front hull was penetrated not the wheels are u blind? and u ain’t helping no one by being a low iq keyboard warrior.

And do you not understand where the idler wheel is or something the shell went into the side bypassing some composite making the 3BM46 create more spall you not looking at the T-80U is what killed you if you weren’t staring off at nothing the shell wouldve only killed the driver and maybe the loader given the angle
