but with other nations lineups that is not so strong, did GJ make some changes? matchmaking programm
Nothing really has changed
then play it and show
What you’re saying is just as ridiculous as this
I play a variety of nations and see a full BR uptier in many battles.
Matchmaker is just plain terrible.
Does he think US is the only nation in the game?
dont write nonsens, i have every nation only (israel not) complety fully developed until 8.7, the BR III-IV my favorite , also planes until 8.7, i know what im talking about
the t14 4,7 i have many times uptier, the russians also…
Hate to say it, but as far as T14 goes… uptier it 100% of the time. :)
I hate playing against it…
That is what you’re doing unfortunately, nothing what you said or shown proves anything, besides making you look silly, especially filtering for only low tier and USA for some reason to confirm your own bias.
Yeah and I have 8.3 US, 8.0 Ger, and 10.3 Ru, along with every plane researched in the US air tree and I have the Su-27 unlocked, these things don’t really mean anything fella.
Then how do you not know if the match maker actually changes?
we talk about tanks not planes, you have only 3 nations in tanks? but you prefer play planes ok, but in tank playing RB you dont have the knowlegde to write to me, “silly” sorry and either you dont have the m4 calliope, where is your competence? in this case

How is any of this related?
Why are clouds making the AESA radar lose lock?
Gotta love using the sparrows on the f18 at 14.3 anyway…
8x 9M, 2x sparrows and 2 fox 3 its so much fun 😐
What?
They don’t
Magica then as they were not in notch and clouds seemed to be the only common.
Got the 120Cs now so hopefully never have to use sparrow at TT again anyway
Anyone who thinks War Thunder is realistic needs to give their head a shake.
It is all Arcadey crap
lol
If people genuinely think War Thunder’s arcade… I wonder what they think of DCS that simulates landings, & radars worse.
& unlike DCS, War Thunder has a built-in balance system for players to take advantage of instead of needing to rely on server hosts balancing aircraft.
It is an arcade game
You’d have to be kinda dumb to not see that.
- War Thunder’s balance is objectively terrible
- DCS isn’t a grindy pvp game like WT so balancing isn’t a requirement
It’s pretty arcadey mate, even realistic battles, 3rd person peeking, perfect accuracy while on the move, no gun dispersion sure you can shoot that 120mm dart through that tiny gap, fake reload rates and weapon systems. Tiny maps and no encouraged team work, game is closer to Quake than it is a Milsim.
Because War Thunder is Team death match centric that’s all the game is, the cap points are largely pointless just a bank for people to try and get more spawn points. Just kill the other player and win. Yes that took effort or time but it still is not realistic, missiles don’t behave like they should, we cannot switch modes before we fire them the game chooses for us.
DCS is a sim, with it’s dynamic servers that record the impact of your flight and actions. Bomb that airfield well they cannot operate from it for x amount of hours. Destroy a bridge the ground forces cannot move. DCS did what War Thuder should have and has stayed firmly in the space of an era we have actual data for. Rather than guessing or choosing data that they could never have access to, to balance the game. As for balance that is why this thread is here, Su-30s slapping F.3 Tornadoes…Balanced.
War Thunder is WOT without hit bars and icons. RB mode has the exact same instead of using a proper damage model they just assign HP bars to modules.
You want realism please look at Gunner Heat PC.
Reload times are realistic.
Map sizes are realistic, we don’t have the average map size <800x<800 meters.
There is gun dispersion [it’s too much in a number of cases].
3rd person in planes is to simulate the actual awareness fully trained pilots have; it’s a simulation tactic…
3rd person peeking in ground is FPV drone stuff at best, of course.
Missiles behave realistically [they can be further refined of course]; game limitations don’t mean something isn’t a simulator, as the alternative argument is used against DCS.
Team work is not a realism discussion.
Milsim is not realism; that’s conflating authenticity/reenactment & realism.
Reenacting isn’t realism, & realism isn’t reenacting.
DCS literally simulates things slightly worse than War Thunder; having a double standard for one & the other is hypocrisy.
I abandoned hope for GHPC when they said they won’t add realistic aiming controls because they prefer things to be clunky & unrealistic as to slow players down…
I want realism, which is why I play War Thunder.
I have an innate hatred for unrealistic things.
It’s why I’ve abandoned dozens of shooters falsely claiming to be realistic until I find out they just copy-pasted Goldeneye 007’s gunplay to make the difference between skilled & new player aim closer.
Reenactment is not realism.
LARPing is not realism.
Different words have different meanings.
