i don’t use the forums that often. can somebody ask the devs why is it staying 14.7? i don’t see any reason whatsoever.
The only answers I can come up with, is that either 1) there are major new additions (like next gen missiles) planned next major, and its going to get some.
Or 2), is that they are planning a meaningful decompression (i’ll beleive it when I see it) based upon their comments regarding why the OP Su-30 Premiums didnt move up, and so they have largely left higher BRs untouched purely on the basis that its all going to be as part of those changes instead
I have severe doubts about that happening.
They’re way too obvious with how much they handhold certain premiums just to keep people buying them.
Even IF a decompression happens I see them pulling off something really sketch that’s going to keep those things being way too good compared to the rest of the bracket.
Oh, absolutely, there is no way in hell they’ll end up at the right BR, even after a “Decompression” which is something Gaijin fundamentally don’t understand how to do

you cannot just move these tanks around, they’re too popular among people who don’t know what a tank is. realistically you’re aiming for “these tanks are pretty ok” because if you put them in a BR range where they’re good, the uptiers they enforce on the BR bracket below them will be insufferable and obviously you don’t want a tank to be bad (unless it’s the T58, go to hell)
if it gets 10 pl15’s, then i don’t mind that much. but currently, pl12a’s aren’t that great.
also, is the greek subtree being added this update? how is it gonna get added? i didn’t mind the taiwanese mirage 2000 being added since it had no air to ground munitions and it wasn’t the top of france tree.
but now, it is. how are they planning to balance the greek rafale with the current french one? there will be absolutely no reason to grind france if the exact same rafale gets added with the exact same loadout. france maybe has rafale f4 to be added in the future, and absolutely nothing else since it doesn’t have fifth gen fighters. maybe the two seater export variant for greece? france doesn’t have anything left to be added other than rafale f4.

The French TT isn’t just the Rafale, if you want just a Rafale the Greek one will be easier to get because the Isreali TT is smaller, but that doesn’t mean people will stop grinding France, a lot of people don’t want to grind Isreal for their reasons and people grind the French TT not just for the Rafale

It’s literally the exact same plane as some of Greece’s Rafales are second-hand from the French Airforce, so they are compatible with Hammers
I remember smin saying something like greece and Cyprus won’t be connected and how Cyprus will be spread throughout the tree while Greece has its own line
Right, most of it is horrible garbage or mid at best, so when Japan and Israel get the Rafale there will not be a reason to play France ever again. Such good game design!

People might choose Japan because it has Gripen, F-18, Su30,Mig-29, F-15 and F-2, not a lot of people will grind Isreal instead of French just for the Rafale

They will when you figure out Israel is going to have and currently DOES have a lot more than just a Rafale… this copyslop ruins nations by completely de incentivizing you to play other nations

Israel only has F-4, A-4 and F-15 everything else France has too
Israel has a far better selection of foreign jets while ALSO having half of France’s tech tree while ALSO about to get another tech tree added onto it with subtrees… don’t get all confused and think this conversation is only about France either. Every nation in game has had its identity striped away painfully by copyslop
