Lmao and what you doing now 9.7 is not preventing you to shout at F-86 because they are BR .8.7 - 9 BR and for the Migs-17 is 8.7 Mig-19 is 9.3 this same with F-104s so because SRAAM Harrier can go down but jets that pass 2200 km can play vs Mig-15s

Yesterday, my friend has match with 12.0 tank while playing only 9.3 tank. Is this a bug or supposed to be that. His squad included only 2 players of 9.3 tank

Fix the tornado. Its a bus but it wasnt tbis bad IRL. I read somewhere that apparently tornado pilots have been quoted saying it could turn with a F14 for 2- 3 turns and would beat a phantom. Both not happening on war thunder…

Why have 2 identical phantoms on same tree? Do something with one of them to lower its BR to 11.3, same as the F4E.
Make KV2 3.0 in Ground RB. Right now it’s uncompetitive and constantly faces cannons that can easily kill it from the front, combined with it’s 30+ second reload that make all it’s characteristics useless. If it would go to 3.0 it will face in a full downtier players that would need to either flank and get close and shoot from the side, like the US 37mm light tanks, or switch to a specialized shell like HEAT or APCR to shoot it from the front (German/Italian short 75mm or 50mm). This would really make it fun to play and to face. I don’t understand why it should be treated as a forgotten meme tank when the armour could balance out the long reload with a lower battle rating.
Please give strike aircraft at 10.0 and up air spawns like the A-10, SU-25, Tornado, and etc. It would give them a fair change to do stuff in Air Realistic Battles and not get shot down by a AIM-7F or R24 that you couldn’t chaff away or dodge no matter what you do, 6/10 matches I see people get shot down before they get to the base. An air spawn would give these strike aircraft a fair chance to help, please consider it.

There is no way to reduce the BR of British Phantoms as they had PD radars.
Also @PumaKing247 and @joetato you’re playing healthy popular BRs if you’re getting uptiers often.
Play the rare BRs and you’ll get more downtiers.
The flight performance is negligible at all altitudes
They do not have leading edge slats…so they turn worse
They cannot mount Skyflash to wings unlike the F-4S
They do not have an HMD
Aim7F is a better missile as they dont model seeker inadequacies
as it stands FGR-2 is one of the worst Phantoms, you cannot defend incoming missiles as the airframe is so large and heavy and as mentioned no “Agile Eagle” upgrade It has suffered since the MiG 23 was added to the game and has only been power crept further and further.
Should they go down? No but they should change the 9G for the 9L.
Tornado F.3 is already at the same BR with superior missiles, flight model and avionics

FGR 2 is the RAF version of the Phantom
FG 1 is the Naval version, there are some other small changes but thats the crux of it.
Tornado is fine, it’s great when you get 12.0 and dont have scores of 13.0 Su-27s and F-15s coming to crap on everything in the loby.
It’s just another great example of much needed decompression.
It’s insanity that the J11A still sits at 13.7 battle rating, in the same spot as the superior J11B.
The A version, should have been lowered to 13.3 as it is objectively inferior to any of it’s contemporaries at 13.7 and above.

Exactly this. Move FG.1 down a Br, to 11.7 and leave FGR.2 at 12.0 but give it Aim-9Ls. There is no reason These Phantoms with Aim-9Gs and basically Aim-7E-2s be at same Br as Tornado, or F4S which is far more superior.
They instantaneous worse*, they however sustained 2 degrees per second more, which accounts for 14 - 17% more sustained turn rate.|
FG1 is among the best Phantoms in direct comparison as well as personal experience.
9L would make FG1/FGR2 12.7 post-decompression, and 12.3 instantly.
And yes, Tornado F3 is under-BR’d.
Honestly, If there is an alternative in the TT, it should receive a better loadout. In the case of the Phantom FG.1 and FGR.2, since their performance, radar, and armament are identical, once you spade one of them, there is no points to play the other variant, except as a backup or for stats padding.
Also, this allows them to serve as a legitimate counterpart to other variants like the F-4EJ Kai, which already have AIM-9Ls, since they would have its own distinct strengths and weaknesses, just like F-86 Sabres in old top tier games.
