If you think someone is breaking the rules in some way then report them. There is no need to post about it publicly.
There has to be a correct report made, using the in-game complaint system or the server replay function, for anyone to be able to do anything. A guide on how to create a correct report for each issue can be found here: (How to properly report players and contact Game Masters!). Please note that some issues cannot be reported using the in-game complaint system as the reports won’t contain the necessary logs to investigate.
