Devs ignoring the information in bug reports, or "selective realism"

As an example the CV90120T has been nerfed by adding 8 tons of weight so now its weight is 35 tons, however there were a lot of bug reports where people found tons of evidence which say that these 8 tons appear only with additional composite armor and APS which where not added to WT with those 8 tons. Or the problem of the elevation of ATGM launcher of strf9040bill which in WT can’t tilt, at the same time people on forum and bug reporters even found a video where it clearly tilts but it still isnt enought for the dev’s, when for other nations/vehicles they need little to no evidence to accept a change. So whats the point of bug reports about vehicle stats if developers mainly change things that are in their interest.

Gaijin has not ignored anything in this regard.
They stated that any further reports will need more documentation due to conflicting information in the documentation they have on-hand, which includes ALL of the bug report documents.

For 9040 BILL to be able to tilt, the 3D model has to be remade, and that takes time to organize in game development.

Patience is key for a number of these.

In a reply about cv90120 the admin showed that their document says about weight of cv90120 being up to 35 tons and this up to exactly means that its maximum weight in a variant with all aditional armor is 35 tons which is not the variant that we have, so the moderator basically ignored all the people in report who explained what i did now and labeled the report as not a bug. Also i dont think that removing a single metal bar and adding a rotation axis requires several month of organization, just an opinion

It really feels like there’s some selective behavior from the devs, something like : ‘‘If nation X gets added, it’ll become much stronger than my favorite Rusbias.’’

As much as we can push blame onto the developer, they aren’t the ones that made the dozen+ documents with conflicting claims.

Gaijin’s model has been the most accurate documents, but this is an instance where the manufacturer failed to keep their documents specific and consistent, and that led to a result neither of us wanted.

Cause the 35 ton mass change was also from a historical report on the same website using multiple documents.

There are many things in video games where I wouldn’t mind blaming the developer, but instead the source documentation they used was poorly produced.

I only need to mention the QF 3.7 Ram, with a hilariously incorrect engine power.
