tbf there is a lot of things on there that are contradictory or just missing

it says my account isnt authorized im also not up at 10-11 pm cst when it says its open

Make sure to use thr Dev client, not the Dev Stable

i just started the download for reg dev client

don’t forget to back up the file, or you’ll have to download all the files again.

i dont have enough space to do that on my hard drive

It doesn’t. Follow the forums for that. There is one dev server right now.
