You are on a right track, this is very much needed!
However, in my opinion you should have raised top BR to 14.0 since theres much to settle in 8.0 - 10.0 bracket as whole upper half of BRs is somewhat compressed.
As an example update where MIG15 and stuff moved down, thats should be now reverted?
Also theres some 9.3 aircraft (MIG19, Ariete and F104) which are ruining lower tiers by being 200-400 km/h faster than aircraft in same matchmaker range. Upping BR one notch more should make more room to move those up without ruining them.
As ending note, I really hope you take a closer look to compression in jets and also in ground RB 7.7 → and make top BRs big enough in both air and ground. I have played this game for nearly 10 years and lately have been frustrated by compression in those mentioned areas. Downtier or uptier changes enjoyment factor too much in this game due to compression.

One more thing that I almost forgot about, where are the changes to slow flying strike aircraft at rank 6 and above in regards to their airspawn potential? That was supposed to come with the major update, iirc, but clearly that hasn’t happened, so will that change be made in this patch?

Seems a bit strange how the F4EJ KAI phantom is now being uptiered to 12.7, but also is the same BR as the 16AJ which is also going to 12.7…?
Phantom flight model makes this going to 12.7 a pain truck.
I don’t think the 104S/TAF shold go up without any buff. This was a good moment to buff it by not moving it up

Yea apparently phantoms are so overpowered in current meta its insane.
The Phantom series from F-4C to F-4E do not have a PD radar, so they did not benefit much from the multipath changes.

Also - didnt have rwr, radar, irst IRL.
Real question is why the hell is the J-11A which still has the original N001 and SPO-15LM share the same BR as the far superior SU-27SM?
And the F-104S TAF also needs to go down by half a BR

Hey gaijin, I noticed the F-8E is going up to 10.7. Will it be receiving its historical Aim-9Gs? A long time ago they were passed to the devs, but absolutely nothing came of it in over 2 years. Please consider implementing this now that it’s finally going up, as the Aim9D and its lack of a gimble limit will cause it to suffer quite a lot. It will also finally provide a use for the IRST the plane has which never gets any use.

If they go up because they have alot of (now better) radar missiles and you buff them too by giving them Aim-9Ls, do you really wanna risk them going to 12.3 if their stats become better?
The R27ERs are 12.7+ (except the weird new MiG-21 i think?) and only two of them per plane, anything at 12.0 or 11.7 that gets R24Rs only gets two of them too.
Anything with more than 2 R27ERs is 13.3 or higher. Anything at 12.0 that has all aspect missiles gets 0 or 2 radar missiles.
I think the amount of radar missiles on F-4’s must have a decent impact on the recent stats, otherwise they probably wouldn’t have done it.

Why is the F20A still at the same br as a f16, that has better missiles and better flight performance?
Why are so many aircraft which are way better than other aircraft at the same br? For example the F4EJ Kai and F14B are both at the same br

That doesn’t matter in this scenario, I’m talking about general balance and not what it was equipped with. The SU-27SM has the Pastel RWR whilst the J-11A has the SPO-15LM, the SU-27SM has better avionics whilst the J-11A is stuck with a C&P cockpit from the regular J-11 and the J-11A still retains the old N001 from the J-11 whilst the SU-27SM has the N001VEP.
The J-11A officially has the worst FM, the worst RWR, the worst radar and one of the worst A2A missile loadouts in 13.7 Air RB now.
It needs to be moved down to 13.3 alongside the MiG-29SMT
